I went to pick up my medication for Covid today (masked of course) and for one, they ALWAYSSS take forever there. Two, one of my regular prescrptions kept going up in price. In Oct. $6.60, Nov. $18.30 and today Dec. $24.90. When I asked why, they couldn't help me but say it was my insurance. Nothing has changed with my insurance but ok. They sent me to the drop-off line for "a better explanation". I waited way too long, so I just got out of the line and picked up my covid meds only. When I got home and opened my meds, I noticed that they gave me expired meds. They expired in 5/2023 and it's 12/2023 today. Please check your meds before leaving. Now I have to go back when I'm not even supposed to be going out.

The person who charged me did not speak to me because he was talking on the phone, he did not give me the total, nor did he give me the discount that he said there was. I understand that the medicine is also more expensive in pharmacies but seriously a Tylenol cold and flu that in other places is 6.99 to 7.99 there 13.99 is incredible is double the cost.

Would not recommend, go elsewhere if you can. Terribly slow, terrible customer service, just terrible all around. Two lanes should be utilized at peak times not just for drop off. Instead they allow the car at the window to stay there forever. Terrible.

They will use some of your coupons and then once the transaction is completed and you notice all didn't apply, they tell you you can't get your ExtraBucks back but you can use the unused coupons on your next purchase. This is a trick to get you to keep coming in the store spending money. Nope not me. Coupon in the trash. Will go across the street to Walgreens because they don't participate in this deceptive practice.

South Hulen location has the slowest pharmacy ever. It has only gotten worse after the pandemic hit. I have been to the location 3 times this week to pick up my son’s prescription and I still don’t have it. The line has been 5-9 cars every time. We waited two times and realized that each car was taking about 15 minutes in the drive thru and not during testing times. Sitting in line now and there are 9 cars. When I request anything at the window they make me pull around or off to the side. I guess that’s no longer a practice to work the line efficiently.

CVS Pharmacy, 8560 S Hulen, Fort Worth, is the worst pharmacy I've had. At two times they charged me full price (saying I had no insurance) when I had Medicare part D. The first was $16 and the second was $79, and both should have been zero. They did not give a copy of the refund to my Discover card without my returning to the pharmacy several times. (I took the CVS receipt as proof each time.) They finally gave me a copy of the Discover refund slip for the $16 refund but not the $79 refund. The manager was not helpful. The manager should have been easily able to verify the overcharge over the phone and issued the refund without my presence or begging for it. They also have two sets of records: those that the customer can see online and one that the clerks in the store can see. Customer online shows that they filled prescriptions when they didn't. If they cannot fill a prescription or it is delayed, they do not tell you. You also have to call whenever you want them to put a prescription on auto refill or to take it off, or to check the status. Because of the poor service and inaccuracy of the customer online, I have switched to Walgreen Pharmacy and am much happier.

I received an email from CVS stating I have three prescriptions being refilled tomorrow as part of ScriptSync. I called this pharmacy to have the prescriptions transferred here since I live right next to it. The pharmacy staff looked up my information and told me I have nothing due for refill. I called the CVS pharmacy in Saginaw who told me yes, I do have three prescriptions scheduled to be refilled tomorrow. I was hoping to go to this pharmacy since it's close but now it looks like I'm driving to Saginaw tomorrow. Good thing I called. If this pharmacy can't figure out and see that I actually DO have three prescriptions for refill they might have dispensed the wrong medications. Kinda scary when you think about it. Needless to say, I'm going to avoid this pharmacy due to the incompetence.
