Prescription was called in by doctor at 1:30 today and I have been calling since 3:30 to see if it is ready and the pharmacy does not answer the phone. Time now is 5:33.

My flight lost my checked-in luggage during my last trip to Fort Worth, so I was in need of last minute supplies and toiletries. This CVS was exactly what I needed in a pinch and was perfectly situated next to my hotel. Their corporate scouts know exactly what they're doing.This location is deceivingly large. They have a second floor, complete with a staircase leading to their pharmacy, medical supplies, and more retail. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed.Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed. The place seemed clean and parking looked limited to street side only.

I am visiting from small town Louisiana and let me say, trying to park and get into the store was an adventure on its own, but that's a me problem, lol. I used telehealth because I had something going on and I had prescriptions sent to this location. I requested an earlier fill than what the website told me (the next day at 1, and I needed the antibiotics asap) and the sweet pharmacist had it filled by the time I arrived to the store, 30ish minutes prior to close. She was very helpful with her counseling about the medications and very friendly. She reminded me of my small town independent pharmacist. The location itself was well stocked and a very nice store. I would absolutely go back if I needed to in the future.

I'd been waiting one solid week for another location to fill a prescription - I called 4 times, got disconnected 3 times, and the best I got from the pharmacist at the other location (4140 Lancaster, FW) was, "No, it's not ready yet."This was one of two scrips that had been sent to the location. The first was ready in 2 days. The last time I called, and actually got through to someone, they couldn't even begin to tell me when it *might* be ready. When I said I was going to get it filled at another location because it was already a week, she said, "Sure."I called this Houston street location at three o' clock, and the pharmacist asked, "When would you like it?"I said, "Five o' clock?"She said, "See you then!"Hmmm ... somewhere north of a week, or two hours ...I cited the "bad" location, but ... as I reflect on it, I'm less likely to think that CVS hired the wrong pharmacist than CVS hired the right pharmacist ... and didn't give her the proper - or even the minimal support.Management likes to do the whole trickle down thing. "Our choices were perfect, but the people carrying them out!?" BS.

Pharmacy hours posted in front of the pharmacy state 8-8. Showed up at 8:40 and no one was there. I asked a women who works there when it was going to open and she said "maybe 30 minutes but I have no idea".

Unfortunately, my friends and I had a very perplexing experience at this store. My friend accidentally tripped outside this store and broke her finger. A group of us were trying to help her, keep her from fainting, and set her finger before we headed to an Urgent Care. While we were doing this, the manager (named Sabrina) came up to us and asked us to move away from the front of the store. We immediately moved and went to the space between the front double doors so we could continue to assist our friend. The manager came up to us again, very rudely telling us to leave, to which my friend responded, "We're leaving!" As you can imagine, the situation for us was very stressful and we are doing the best we could to keep our friend with the broken finger from becoming overwhelmed. The manager then yelled at us, saying "You are no longer welcome back here if you're going to act like a b***h!!" I was utterly shocked and tried to calmly explain the situation we were dealing with, but she showed no understanding or empathy. She told us to get out of the store immediately. We had no previous confrontation with her to receive such a response and never imagined someone could be so callous and rude to someone clearly in intense pain. Needless to say, I have filed a formal complaint with corporate about this manager's behavior. If I can say anything about this location is that if you encounter this person, be aware you will not receive any sort of human decency from her.

Thanks for being my away CVS while I recently visited your town Ft. Worth. The cashier was exceptionally friendly! Not expected, but a pleasant surprise.

Store is constantly opened late. In fact, there was a delivery driver actually waiting with a delivery this morning but, as if used to it, he just sat down with the rest of us to wait for the store to open. It was past 7:10. Last time I was here I think it was 7:15 before the store was opened. Shelves are half bare. For months now it's been normal to walk in and see the shelves half empty. Not sure if they're short on product (could be if they're not there to accept deliveries) or just lazy and don't want to stalk the shelves. From my interactions with the employees I would guess laziness. Used to love this location when it first opened. Now it's hard to find it open/or find the items you need on the I stocked shelves.

Terrible pharmacist who worked during noontime hours on 8/14. Told my elderly Asian parents they couldn't get the covid vaccine there when they are a walk in location. Left them confused and didn't help them set up an appointment or give any advice. Very disappointed with this CVS. I don't know if there was a race factor involved but I definitely have seen people get walk in vaccines and I'm flabbergasted this happened to my parents. Would advise people seeking to get vaccinated not come here as walk in or clarify their policy.

Store is supposed to have been open for 10 minutes now, nobody appears to be inside and no one is answering the phone. Normal store hours being they were supposed to open over an hour ago.

I'm visiting from Cali. Needed a travel toothbrush and came in here !! The cashier Trent!!!!!; his voice is angelic. He belongs in TV or radio. His customer service skills; prompt graceful sweet and thoughtful. I could keep coming to this location for Trent. Now to the the store, clean well stocked and easy to find. I'll be going to this location if I'm ever in town.

Change your hours on Yelp. I was one of two people who showed up at the same time thinking you were open because of your Yelp hours. Not helpful during these difficult times to have lazy drugstores.
