I just had the rudest experience at this store on seminary. I pulled up into the parking lot at 10:25 p.m. The stores closing hours are posted as 11:00 p.m. So I thought I had 30 minutes as I'm pulling in. I see that they're locking the doors and about to pull down the grate when a young man stops and looks at me and waves his hand as if to say come on in and so I do. I know exactly what I'm getting and I head straight there so that I don't take up any more time than necessary. I'm just getting a pair of scissors - and as I'm in the aisle, An older black man passes the aisle then stops doubles back. Looks at me and says "you know we're closing, right?" And I said "the young man working here let me in, and besides that, your closing time says 11:00 p.m."
He doesn't say a word and walks towards the front where the young employee is waiting (probably to get on to him for letting me come in). I literally took maybe 3 minutes to grab the scissors and check out and that was it. But they turned the lights off as I was looking for the scissors! They did it about 30 seconds after the black man approached me, so I'm assuming it was him that turned the lights off. I'm not even kidding, like it was dark. Thankfully I'd already found the scissors I needed. When I checked out I made sure to get the gentleman's name and I think he was a manager too. His name was John O'Kara but the very nice young man that let me in was named Adolfo - so props to the employee who let me in and did the right thing, and shame on the manager who was extremely rude to the point of absurdity. A man like him should not be in customer service, let alone management.
**I've been reading recent reviews and it seems like this manager's notoriously appalling behavior is quite common. Either his boss doesn't keep up with these reviews, or CVS just doesn't care if they have someone like him representing their company and providing the absolute worst demonstration of customer service and/or lack there of - because I'm baffled at how someone like that is able to keep their job when they're going out of their way to DISRESPECT the customers. **

Went to go pick up prescriptions when i saw 2 hispanic girls (short girl with black short hair and guerita with blonde in her hair ) telling a guy they didn’t speak spanish ? but they were playing around in the back and CLEARLY heard them talk spanish and had a nopal en la frente . Hypocrites. CVS Pharmacy should do something about their foolishness in the back instead of horse playing with their coworkers.

Girl closes the store early every night she closes. I’ve showed up 30 min before store closing twice now. And she’s seen me and just motions that she won’t open. I’ve checked multiple times online and in person. She closes and locks doors by 10:30pm… super frustrating.

Never had an issue with the pharmacist . But today I tried to return a unopen cvs blood pressure cuff and batteries that I had bought yesterday but didn't need after all and apparently the worst grumpiest store manager came to tell me he doesn't take OTC returns . I asked him kindly if it's only this store or every store so I wouldn't waste my time driving and he looked at me up and down and walked away and so I asked him again and he just turned around to the poor cashier and asked her if it was time to close . It was 7:35pm! . The poor cashier apologize and stated he is always like that . If he hates his job so much he needs to find another one .. what a spiteful
person . I have contact CVS corporate as well

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Zin, helped me find discounts on my medication and was very helpful. I also found that they carry most of the products I need. I’ll definitely be returning. Keep up the good work! 👍🏼

I will never step foot inside this store again.. I went in to drop off a UPS package. The cashier had scanned the package and was anout to take it when apparently the store manager came and told her " don't waste time with thus ups stuff".. and told her to give it back to me and I could take it elsewhere because it was a waste of her time. There was no line.. one person behind me who had just walked uo.. So if my UPS needs which the store offers is not wanted anymore.... well I won't bother the CVS company with my money for their products anymore either
