Horrible phone call bot. Horrible service. Saw some lady yelling at them when I initially started using this pharmacy- should have taken that as a warning!

I’ve been dealing with duplicate accounts for a while and folks have told me they need to be merged. Today Shayla worked out the issue and was able to get things back on track. Thank you, Shayla for not just telling me the issue, but fixing it.

This is quite honestly the WORST pharmacy in the city. Every time I come here there is an isssue. The male African American pharmacist and the older female mexican pharmacist specifically. There is always a mishap and an issue every time they are here. The poor pharm techs that work under them seem to do worse when they’re around as well. They are extremely inconsistent and under prepared, rude, and they lower the value of the CVS pharmacy department as a whole. Disappointing truly. I have been trying to permanently remove this pick up location from my doctor’s office for a while. CVS really needs to rethink who they hire. Just because you have a degree/certification doesn’t mean you’re a good hire for a job. I know I’m not the only person that has had issues with this specific location.

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Verne and Shayla always greet me by name, know my prescriptions, can answer any questions, and always friendly and patient.

I dropped off a prescription here. I sent my wife to pick it up. It was only then that they decided to inform either of us that the pharmacy didn’t have the item in stock. Then, they constantly argued with her about returning the prescription that I had dropped off so that we could take it somewhere else. Their communication is abysmal.

The staff here are incredible but the pharmacy frequently closes before the posted closing time. I rushed to get there before they closed at 6pm and when I got there at 5:30 they were already closed. I really needed my medication today so it would be nice to be able to rely on their posted hours.

Shayla and Verne were great help! Highly recommend CVS at Target. Shayla was very nice and had the best attitude and energy while I was there!

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Very rude staff and you'll wait forever. And if you follow up about the delay and ask for updates, they are mean. Take your prescriptions to a local Rx. Or just anywhere else besides here.
