They have a contract with Lone Star Towing and have people towed out of their parking lot regardless if they are paying customers or not. Horrible management and staff.

Sad what’s happened to cvs, no one is minding the store. Spent 5 minutes waiting for someone to unlock the toothbrush heads, no one came but I found a better coupon while waiting on targets site. Same with the pharmacy, their workers are visible overwhelmed. Used to enjoy coming here for quick trips but idk anymore

I would give 0 stars if possible. You can't talk to anyone in the pharmacy but have to leave a voicemail. More times than i can count prescriptions have been sent over and there is no communication from this pharmacy. Things are not in stock, they don't tell you what is going on, they don't tell you about insurance coverage. Just dismal horrible service.

Stood in line for 10 min to drop-off ups package. No one came. Went to pharmacy they said they couldn't do it. Then they told me to use self check out which you can't to for ups
Also the item I decided not to purchase there because of my experience was $2 cheaper at target

You can’t ever speak to anyone, it goes to a voicemail and takes forever to get a return phone call, if they actually call back!!!!

The CVS Pharmacy located at 3614 Camp Bowie Boulevard in FortWorth is very efficient. Pharmacist, John Etaka is especially helpful and courteous.
I have used this Pharmacy ever since this CVS Store opened, and I have always had excellent service.

This place is a joke! You’re better off going to Walgreens. Btw don’t go between 1-2. They have their “lunch” break. Lazy people man. People don’t even work anymore. Stay away from this cvs!

This labor day morning the pharmacist lady sorry didn't get her name just wanted to say thank you so much for being at work along with your team to get my meds ready . I am disabled with back issues that prevent me from walking a distance without support. For the last two months there are never shopping carts available. This is not due to customers using them - this is throughout the day and evenings. This is the closest location to me, however due to the lack of shopping carts, I am unable to go in for all that I need and will be forced to go to a location or company that provides shopping carts.

So nice for CVS to tow our car and many other this morning as we drop our kids off for the Cow Town Marathon-left car for slightly over 1 hour(difficult to see their sign when its dark) in a parking lot with almost no cars and still many spots right near the store available-since they are unable support the local charitable race and due to multiple other problems prescribing medications locally I have decided I will be unable to support CVS and have no plans to ever enter a CVS and will no longer be able send perscriptions for my patients to CVS -sorry but all actions have consequences---James Hutcheson MD/Texarkana TX

If it were possible to give them zero stars I would. They sold me a fake gift card that would not work and then told me there's nothing they could do.
