Store associates weren’t visible. A lot of products were being stocked but I found what I wanted. Pretty well kept. Good experience shopping overall.

This place is garbage. The store looks like it, the pharmacy is a complete joke - amazing such poor customer service is allowed. Obvious poor management and poor pharmacy management.

Buy Online Pick Up In Store is a great service for Caregivers like me. Way convenient that gives you a sense of relief, enables me to time manage on my terms, etc.

I stopped by the CVS store on W Berry St today (2/14/24); it was clean, well organized, and maintained. Sonya was the store attendant that I interacted with and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m glad I stopped by this particular CVS store!!!
(4/18-19/24) I would also like to give a special shout out to Keaton who was very friendly and helpful in the process of me picking up my ups package that was held at the store for pickup. He took the time out to go above and beyond to locate my package. This by far is one of the best CVS locations!!!

No matter how many times you call about a prescription they never pick up the phone. When they do pick up they "accidentally" hang up on you. Very unprofessional. Every single time I go to pick up my meds, the staff is incredibly rude and slow. Go somewhere else.

CVS is responsible for my wife missing two chemo/radiation sessions because they think they know what meds she needs instead of what the doctor ordered. I have lodged complaints every place I can find, but ZERO support from CVS for my wife with Stage 3 cancer. I will do everything in my power to make sure as many people as possible hear what you’ve done to my wife when her life is at stake. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INEXCUSABLE OFFENSE!!!

I placed an order for printing a document. Received confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. The staff at the store said they did not have my order. I showed them my order confirmation then they were able to find record that I had placed the order but they could not find it. I asked if they could simply reprint it but they could not figure out how to work the printer and I was told they couldn't help me at all and I would have to go to another CVS. It was a very rude and unhelpful interaction, and the staff were unorganized. The situation would have been totally fine if the employee had at least been slightly nice. I will never return to this store.

Really great pharmacy service! These people are working hard and are trying their best being short staffed. Every pharmacy in town was out of rx cough medicine and I was told to come to this cvs because they had some in stock. At first, they told me that because of how busy it was it might not be ready tonight. I asked if there was any way it could be done as soon as they can tonight because my partner tried multiple over the counter products and wasn’t going to be able to sleep. The pharmacist and the technician were very attentive and told me I could have a seat and wait. I expected it would take about 30min but they ended up getting it ready in 5min despite the huge volume of work they had! I cannot thank the staff enough!! Thank you for everything and I hope y’all get the extra help y’all need!

If I could give zero stars I would. I sat on hold for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, never even spoke to a human, and they picked up and hung up. BEYOND unprofessional. This is something I would have been fired for as a teenager in a first job situation. I hope that's not what this was? Is that the kind of business you're running? We're setting the bar at angsty teen at a drive thru window? Gross. Truly disgusting.
