I can’t thank this pharmacy enough for their kindness and willingness to help when I was in a really tough spot. I had an emergency prescription for a severe infection, and every other pharmacy I went to either turned me away or didn’t seem to care. But here, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication. They were compassionate, understanding, and truly cared about my well-being. The pharmacist immediately stepped in to fill my prescription without hesitation, and their kindness made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of real, caring service.

It is the worst place to print your photos... it takes a lot of time to modify your photos so that they print well. And what you receive is the worst... half-assed faces and terrible quality... I just had the worst experience... apart from that, I tell Mrs. Rosmery that everything is wrong and she tells her that it automatically prints. .and it's not fair to pay for photos that are really horrible... I will never use this place again

Pharmacy experience absolute trash. I changed from Walmarts pharmacy to this one in hopes of faster and more efficient service and was letdown. I received a text that my daughters meds were ready so I headed to store, which then the lady mentions I still had to wait 30 minutes bc they weren’t actually ready. Told me I could come back n she will call me so she didn’t… come 7:45pm I get a call so I headed to store. Ther was 1 car infront of me and they closed the whole pharmacy. Every employee started walking out. Along with other parents every was so confused as to why they were so quick to close down if before the closing time there was already a line of people waiting. They were not considerate what so ever and the attitude they gave when everyone was leaving was unprofessional.

Worst pharmacy ever ! The pharmacist was rude they took forever . He didn’t even act like he wants to help me . Stayed in the window for about 30 mins just for another pharmacist to come fix the problem! Which I didn’t understand and he didn’t even take the time to explain . Then gave me 2 scripts telling me to come back for the other one after 2pm which I did came back at 2:30 for the same pharmacist to tell me to pull in front and park wait 15 mins and the script maybe ready .. this place needs better communication skills maybe a whole new staff…never coming here again

The gentleman at the front in the pharmacy is amazing his customer service is top notch and even told me about the saving they applied to my Rx since I don’t have insurance did this without me even asking or having to look up coupons saved me time and money thank you Patterson your amazing

Worst pharmacy ever. It’s always the same problem with them. They can’t seem to update my insurance I would have thought after telling them 4 times they would get it right. They just say yea it’s the new insurance already but you still have to pay this amount for co pay & I have to insist is a new insurance that’s supposed to cover all my medicine then they finally take a look and boom your medicine is actually covered & them the same problem next time

This is the worst pharmacy in Fort Worth, the gentleman is rude, and inconsiderate, waited at pick up window for 25 min before he helped another person at pharmacy who came in 10 min after me who was behind me in line, in my opinion he was racial profiling, in return I took my frustration out on the customer who cutted, that thought the world revolved around him, Today I was passive and no one got hurt , normally I'm not! I will no longer have my medications filled or use any CVS pharmacy again ,

The CVS on Jacksboro hwy has great customer service and the store was very clean.
Patterson at CVS provided exceptional customer service.

Re: Male Pharmacist
Pharmacist refused to fill prescribed medication by doctor. Claimed that I was cured; infection was clear and i didn't need it.
The black male pharmacy tech was very nice and helpful as usual when I come in. I sought advice with product in the store and he helped.
Thank you.
Pharmacist was rude and dismissive for no reason. Doesn't seem happy about his job and has a condescending attitude towards others that are seeking simple reassure of medical field staff.
I'm not going to be able to to use this CVS to fill my prescriptions anymore.
