They have drugs and stuff. Snacks. Candy. Some groceries. Beauty supplies. They were out of milk and cough syrup, the plain kind. Very nice staff.

Si eres latino/immigrants no uses esta farmacia para tus recetas, no aceptaran tu matricula o pasaporte para recoger tu receta segun ellos por politica de la CVS de no vender sin un ID de Texas sustancias controladas, evitate el dolor de cabeza y tu tiempo y usa otra farmacia.
Im being using this pharmacy for over 10yrs since is my neighborhood pharmacy and today was the first day the lady on the drive thru denied my prescription because my Id (matricula consular & passport ) when Im being getting my prescription monthly without any problem for the past year, she even sounds racist saying “how do I even drive with my id”? She just told me to get someone with a real ID from Texas they don’t care who just with an ID, which sounds ridiculous now anyone can get anyone’s narcotics besides the real patient you just need a name & birthday, if they care so much about their job like she said they need to educate themselves in the laws, in that case everyone from that department will be getting fired soon for giving me my previous prescriptions for the entire 2024.

Worst pharmacy customer service imaginable. I've been waiting 2 days for flu a and pneumonia medication to be filled. I was told Thursday that it was out of stock but had been ordered and would be received Friday and ready for pickup by 7pm. Called again Friday to confirm and was told it was being prepared. From 2:44pm to 6:15pm the status in the app also showed preparing prescription. Then at 7:02pm showed delayed. Called the pharmacy and was told it was taking longer than expected to fill but keep checking for updates. I receive a call today, Saturday at 4:30pm stating my prescription is on back order. Odd seeing as though I was told multiple times it was received yesterday and being prepared. I cannot move it to another location due to the type of prescription. The only way is to cancel the current order and for my doctor to call it in to another location. Which would have been fine had I been told this Thursday instead of being lied to for 2 days and not told the truth until Saturday when the doctors office is not open until Monday. Not having this medication has kept me out of work and now I will be out longer since nothing can be done until Monday when my doctor calls the prescription into another pharmacy. And all that this pharmacy has to say is I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. I am extremely ill. Cannot walk without difficulty breathing from pneumonia and dealing with this trying to get the required medication. It's ridiculous! The worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced! I will be moving all of my prescriptions back to the small independent pharmacy that was costing more money because at least they always filled prescriptions, communicated effectively and weren't keeping me ill and missing work.

Great experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacist is helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I have a question. My go-to for prescriptions and vaccines.

The pharmacist and staff at 5012 Trail lake Dr. Fort worth Tx. Are very helpful.They spend the extra time to provide personal service. The staff that handles non pharmaceuticals are superb in explaining and helping customers on coupons coupled with explaining questions on how the product they are purchasing works.

I literally just called and asked if the manager was there at the moment and in a rude tone a woman said “I’m the manager how can I help you “ and I said oh ok I was trying to see if you guys were hiring and said she said “ no we’re not and even if we were you can’t apply over the phone you have to go online” and I said oh yea I did apply online ,but as I was about to ask another question she said “ yea ok ”and hung up. And if you ask me that’s quite disrespectful

I waited in the parking lot for the store to open. Rude girl rolled up, went in, doors still locked. I waited. She put her phone up to something and walked away. I guess that opened the doors? Went in, asked where the COVID tests were, without turning around or looking at me, said, "OVER THERE!" I found them. Then had to do self-checkout. It wasn't working. She came over with an exasperated tone and told me I was doing it wrong. I finally bought the damn test kits and got out of there, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK.SO SORRY that I was an inconvenience and an interruption to your important job at CVS. Sorry that customers who aren't feeling so great coming into the store to spend money are a problem for you. Sorry that the entire rest of your life is going to be a train wreck because of your bad attitude.
