This pharmacy is a never ending circle of insanity. Literally everyone that works here couldn’t care less about any portion of their job, the customer, the patient or anything else. It’s a joke. I have time to write this because I’m still sitting in the never ending line for the third time that they said my script would be ready and it still isn’t.

CVS, you say you are sorry in your responses here but NOTHING changes so your sorrys mean nothing!! The only reason for 2 is Amy, otherwise it would be zero. Amy is always very helpful and professional. All other staff look stressed, depressed, overwhelmed, and pissed off. I absolutely detest having to go through this pharmacy!

The employees are eating while filling prescriptions. I had a question about but the pharmacist couldn’t hear because she was listening to music with earbuds.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and it is very difficult to reach anyone by phone. When I leave a message, they never return my calls. I sometimes wait for days to get my RX refills. I’ve also had to wait for over 30 minutes at times in the drive through. I would change to a new pharmacy but at my age it is very difficult. I would never recommend this location!

There is no way of getting anyone on the phone. Leave a msg and maybe someone will call you back. This is horrid.

Got into the pharmacy line around 7:40 PM, sat in the line that whole time without moving up at all, no cars were being helped except the one who was there when I got there (and stayed there the whole time) by the time they helped this person they were closed and made all of the cars including me who were waiting in line for their prescription well before the pharmacy closed leave before receiving their medication. Which for people like me is beyond frustrating as I just had a severe knee injury and my partners medication is for his seizures which he is required to take to NOT have seizures.
For the future …. if you take 20+ mins to help one car and have a whole line of people who have BEEN waiting for their turn before close … help those people first before you lock the window and walk away. Ridiculous.

Not happy that hours on the website and on the store building say that they closed at 11PM. Then showing up at 10:45PM with the store to be locked and closed with employees just starring at you.

Got a 1 time prescription while on vacation out of state. I was told that 'Their system' made it an automatic refill so it is screwing up my insurance and my ability to get it filled at home. Pharmacy told me the steps I was going to have to do to fix it. I told them to fix it because it is their system. He told me it was my problem not theirs and that I have to call to get it transferred.

I visited today to complete a challenging task of transferring multiple rx from several different pharmacy locations, and although it is going to be daunting, I had the most fun. Very friendly and people to people interactive. I recommend visiting when Andrew is working. He is the energy is the pharmacy!

Went there last month. Insurance charged for a 3 month of meds. Saw I got one. Spoke with the people inside. They said yes insurance was charged and they would then have the next 2 months noted to not charge and call when needed. I call. No notes made and note then said was a one month prescript from the dr when it had been a year at 90 days each. Will not go back here. Very bad pharmacy.

There are some nice people here, but I still wouldn't come back. Customer service in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE.

This pharmacy must have changed management because the staff USED to be friendly and efficient. I had 2 prescriptions sent in from my Dr on March 13th or 14th. One they had to order because they never have it in stock.
It was finally ready a few days later. So I go to pick them both up today (after standing in line over 30 minutes with 2 people in front of me) and I am told they only had one for me because the other was returned to floor stock because they hold the meds 14 days. Well March 14th to March 19th is not 14 days. I told them I needed it and this really tall bald pharmacist said "I don't have it" and was not friendly or apologetic about it. The woman told one of the pharmacists it needed to be re-entered and said "tomorrow". I sure hope it is there.
While standing in line, several cars pulled up to window and left because they were not helped. The phone was ringing and ringing. I get that things ate busy, but this is not the first time in the last 4 months this has happened.
Not even sure why I am reviewing this at all, I'm sure nothing will get done about this.
