Horrible place to get meds. Untrained pharmacists who give wrong information. Couldn't get my meds filled here for 3 days n switched my meds to a different pharmacy and got them at 0 dollar charge within 2 hrs. CVS is inconsiderate of people who need their meds. FRANCIS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO EVEN TRIES TO SORT OUT THE MESS CVS HAS GOING ON IN THIS PLACE. FRANCIS GETS A 5 STAR EVEN THOUGH HE COULDN'T HELP ME MUCH HE TRIED.

With the exception of the tall dark haired guy, this pharmacy has the absolute WORST employees. They are sooo very rudely and unprofessional. They lack customer service completely. I came through the drive thru at 8:25 and the young guy told me it would be preferred if I came in because they close at 9pm. I explained that I wasn't dressed to cone in and he repeated that they close at 9pm. I pulled off just to see him help several other cars. Even if the rx isn't ready, they shouldn't make it an inconvenience for the customer. I have been treated badly several times here and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

The people working the pharmacy are some of the most sorry and miserable excuses for employees I've ever encountered. They have zero customer service or people skills and clearly hate their jobs. If you don't want to help someone who needs a prescription when they walk in literally one minute after you close on a Saturday (6 pm), that's okay, but you don't have to act like they're the reason your life clearly sucks when you turn them away.

Aaron was kind enough to help me in getting my prescription ready in a timely manner. He personally made sure my order would be ready when I got there, which is earlier than the estimated time! Thank you Aaron!

How do you allow one car to take a half an hour when you have a line of cars waiting? Im at 45 minutes waiting and still just on the third car. Do better. Issue? Have them come back later. Constant staffing problem? Treat employees better. Some of us are handicap or sick and can't go in the store. This happens too often. I'll drive further for my prescriptions now.

Terrible place of business, tried the robot number 3 times couldn’t get ahold of a single person, the robot just keeps saying “it doesn’t understand me” and hangs up

Impossible to get a hold of someone. They implemented a new automated service that takes 2 min 30 seconds to get to the option to speak to someone in the pharmacy (if you press zero, it just redirects you to the beginning) and then when you select that option, it only allows you to leave a voicemail. And of course, that voicemail went unanswered. We'll be switching to the Walgreens across the street from now on.

I’ll be getting my prescriptions elsewhere. I’ve had it with their new automated call system. You can’t speak to anyone to ask any questions over the phone.

dont belive cvs deserves a good review the work environment is toxic and there is no support from distric managers and they dont treat the employees with respect. They don't care about hard working people or their families . one particular employee was very rude and inconsiderate i think her name was jejie. I only out one star because I couldn't put 0 stars

It would benefit the community if you could find a way to be open all day instead of closing the pharmacy for lunch breaks from 1:30-2. Can you find even one staff member to take an early lunch and then come back to at least accept drop off Rx?

Cleanest store I have been in . Always has everything I need and employees ask if they can help. Pharmacy has always had my prescriptions on time just overall a nice store. Bathrooms were extremely clean. I go out of my way to come to this location.
