I had the worst experience today I was very bad with hard headaches they gave me two of my three prescriptions, i begged them to give the last one for my hard headaches but they prioritized their lunch time instead of my behavior. They closed the pharmacy window in my presence. They aren’t professional at all. Very disappointed!

The absolute worst CVS on the planet! You can’t get a person on the phone because their automated system won’t allow you to do so. If you go to the drive-through to get questions answered they make you go inside and stand in line for 25 minutes. This needs a complete revamp. It is absolutely horrible

Doctor repeatedly sent a prcription in and I was told he needed to personally call in which he did for two days, Howeverh wonderful pharmacist I spoke to minutes earlier said he still hadnt called. Spoke to my doctor and was told he had called multiple times. I then spoke again with the P.O.S yet again and was told oh yeah he called but I dont have to fill if I dont want too. If I would have read the reviews I would have never trusted my prescriptions to go there. It seems she enjoys what little power she has over peoplend people like her should be in a position where they will block the path of legally attained prescriptions. She needs to be terminated and brought up in front of a board.
Side note: She is part of the reason people illegaly acquire controlled substances off the street after being screwed around by someone they are supposed to trust.

Pharmacy had nobody in line inside or out, but it took 2.5 hours for them to get me cortisone cream. Honestly, worst service I've ever seen.

I came this morning and asked Ghaidaa for help with the photo machine and the different papers I could print my document on. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me, and when I asked her another question she laughed at me and rolled her eyes again. I don’t know what her problem is but she was entirely rude for no reason. Extremely unprofessional behavior

The supervisor Belinda and Kim are so unprofessional. I went in trying to buy a 66 pack of Huggies pull-ups mind you they were not on sale. I had a 40% off coupon for a full price item and online and in store the pull-ups were not on sale. I had my 40% off coupon in my hand and she said that I could not use it because they were on sale even though I showed her directly from the website and the tag in the store that they were not on sale. She stated well. If you have a CVS card. Which does not make any sense at all because I am signed into my app online and it would tell me if it was because my cvs card is attached to my app. What I will say is when I first walked in Belinda did asked me if I needed assistance as I was trying to figure out what I was getting for my niece in the diaper aisle, but Kim when I walk in, she did not greet me and also when I came to the counter, she was on her phone for about a minute before she even assisted me she looked disinterested from even helping me from the start .

Every single time I come here I wait minimum 20 minutes in line for my meds. Tonight over 30. Like what is happening. The customer service in the pharmacy is awful and the wait times are ridiculous. Almost 40 min I waited in the drive thru

Went to drop off UPS packages 9:30Pm. I always drop off packages here after 9pm. But when the minority employee , she shut down the UPS system at 8PM. This used to be my favorite place to drop off packages but not anymore since the new employee took over.

The staff has always been pleasant but I can NEVER speak with anyone if I call in.
They never pick up and I'm always redirected to get on the app for service. Sometimes it would be nice to get a live person to speak with. However, when my company switched Insurance 2 yrs ago, Kroger was no longer in network and CVS is what they recommended.
Also I randomly get phone calls through their automated system saying I have refills for medications that I'm no longer on(meds prescribed through ER visit mths ago tht I was told had 0 refills). And then the system will direct me to get on the app for further assistance

The pharmacist Leslie Was so rude when I called to see if my insurance would cover my prescription. Since I was not receiving proper help I decided to come to their drive-through after waiting a good amount of time I get there and I give her my insurance information and my prescription she told me I need to go to the back of the line because she needs to run my insurance I said OK I’m gonna come in. I come in to be told that my insurance will not cover the prescription. I will definitely not be using any CVS from now.

The pharmacy staff are very rude. I called to ask a simple question and the lady I spoke to was disrespectful from the beginning. They need some serious customer service training.

Won’t even write a long paragraph, the pharmacist there is ruining CVS pharmacy she’s so rude it’s terrible!
