This pharmacy and all are so frustrating can never get medication needed. Whether it's manufactured problem. Prescriptions never get received or other systems are down that doesn't allow you to get your Medication all okay to be off your medications that are needed because it's always everyone's else's fault nothing to help customers in need of there medications. Communication is terrible and willingness to help is terrible

I began using this pharmacy solely due to the location. I had thought it was a 24 hr pharmacy (it is NOT). I have problems all the time. Prescriptions on auto refill don't get filled. The text alerts are spotty at best (notifications about refills, reminder items are ready to pick up). If there is any issue, they will not ever call to let you know. Seems to be a lot of turnover though there are a few who have been there awhile. Some are polite and helpful but most are rude. The girl today was the last straw for me. I should have had 2 items to pick up. She said one wasn't ready because the insurance was $200. But no one called to tell me there was any issue. She couldn't even explain the issue, it was obvious she didn't know but was blaming me. Also claimed the other one was never called in. I know for a fact it was called in bc the dr himself had personally seen to it and texted me earlier in the day to say he had done it. There is literally a pharmacy on all 4 corners of this intersection. I will be trying one of them.

The worst experience you could have with prescriptions. Careful not to be the unfortunate soul stuck in drive thru lane in the number 2 spot for over an hour. The only thing CVS does great is the robot spam that will overfill, delay, and push the limit of annoying. Exhausting to say the least and a terrible experience now that they closed so many and over work the employees that are subsidized by a useless robot system.

If I could give zero stars or less for cvs pharmacy I would. The pharmacist gives blatantly false information on medication, there computer system is not updated to process payments from my medical card. and more and more times they do not have the mediation in stock and expect you to drive 15+ miles to the nearest pharmacy to pick it up. CVS Pharmacies are pathetic and the one on westerncenter road in fort worth is the worst

I have not had a problem with them actually filling prescriptions or the service, but the drive through pick up lane is consistently so unbelievably slow. There could be two cars in line and you will easily wait 30 minutes. If there's more than two cars just come back later because you will be in line forever.

The pharmacy in this store is so unorganized. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy on Dec. 15th, then on Dec. 17th put on hold because it was never picked up. I never received a call or text. Absolutely no attempt to contact me at all.

The pharmacy is terrible the employees are rude. I get a text when my prescription is ready so when I go up there I expect that it is ready as they’re the ones that sent me the text. I usually have to wait another hour or two after they said it was ready and sometimes it’s actually not due until the next day but the pharmacist is rude and loud she acts like I’m some junky trying to refill my prescription early when they contacted me! Last month my pain medication was 1 pill short. Today I picked them up and counted them immediately out of the bag and there’s one pill already broke in half so I’m missing half of a pill. If you have pain medicine that you depend onI suggest going somewhere else or counting them with the pharmacist when you pick them up.

I tried getting 4 different prescriptions filled at this CVS location since CVS Caremark mail in services refused to talk to my doctor. They shut down the other 4 CVS locations within a 4 mile radios. Every time I called or showed up they told me they didn't know about the prescription and then they told me a few minutes later it would be an hour before they could get it filled. Try again the next day to pickup and guess what … they didn't have my prescription ready and they said it would be another hour. I finally got one of the pharmacists to admit they will NEVER fill a prescription at this location until you are there physically waiting for 45 minutes to 1 hour to get anything filled and all bets are off once you leave. Worst pharmacy EVER.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Actually, I would want to do negative stars. The people in the pharmacy are nasty and very rude. They have no compassion whatsoever. Went to the doctor this morning with my daughter as she has pneumonia. The prescription was initially sent to Walgreens. But Walgreens does not cover my insurance. So I had to get it transferred to CVS. I get there an hour after calling the doctor's office. And after confirming that they have sent in the order. I get to cvs they can't find the order. But the doctor's office said it was already sent. I then ask if we can just transfer from Walgreens to CVS. And they said absolutely, but it would be about 6 hours. I ask them if we can make it a tad sooner than that. As my daughter has pneumonia and she needs some sort of relief pretty fast. There was absolutely no compassion, she just said" sorry, she's sick, but no".. Flabbergasted because they would not work with me. I drove off inders went back to Walgreens to pay out-of-pocket as the health of my daughter was much more important than my finances at this point. Walgreens was very compassionate about my situation. Found some coupons, and it ended up being cheaper there than it would have been with my insurance at CVS. So here's a shout out to the Walgreens across the street. Shame on you, CVS for being so nasty.

Hours are wrong online. It would’ve been a nice update when I called and spoke to someone, considering she knew I needed these by this evening. Further, when she looked up my prescriptions (I just transferred to this pharmacy), she said, “oh, wow.” (I get several prescriptions per month). Gotta love the professionalism. I can already tell I’ve made a mistake selecting this pharmacy. I’m really upset I just prepaid for these prescriptions because I would gladly transfer them out and not deal with this place at all. CVS is too expensive to be on some BS with their customer service.

So I haven't had too many bad experiences with this pharmacy. I had to be on benzos temporarily and had no trouble getting them. I see a lot of people have trouble getting their prescriptions from here. Personally, I've been prescribed pain meds and I've never had any trouble with this pharmacy. I guess I'm just lucky. I did have one tiny problem though. I take continuous estrogen and I can't have any placebos, but a few times they accidentally gave me placebos and short handed me with the active pills. This problem has since been resolved and I don't really have any other complaints. Three stars because it took them a while to realize that I needed those extra pills listed on the script

If I could give a zero I would. My son had surgery and was prescribed a narcotic. Because of his age, they refused to fill it. Now he is in a lot of pain and has to wait for another pharmacy to fill it. CVS needs to go ahead and close all its doors. THEY SUCK

Terrible Phamacy service! I called for a prescription refill but needed assistance instead of going through the phone prompt (I wish I could've went through the phone prompt instead of dealing with a person that didn't seem very customer friendly) . The person I spoke with had a very dry personality. I told her my situation and she cut me off and with a very dry attitude asked for my DOB. At the end of the conversation she told me what I needed to do and just hung up. No formalities. I figured she was having a bad day and let it go. When I went to pick up my prescription later that day I got in the drive-up line at 7:50pm. I made it a point to look at the clock because the line was long and I was curious of how long it would take me to get to the window. As soon as I got to the window they put up a paper to blocked the window to show they were closed. I went inside to the pharmacy and the lady I spoke with earlier that day (I recognized her voice) said "we are closed". I told her I was sitting out there for 10 minutes. She insisted that she could see everyone that pulled up before 8pm and that I wasn't there before 8pm. I knew for a fact that I was there at 7:50pm. She then mumbled something and told another employee to help me. At that point I decided that I didn't want to give my business to this place. Even though it is an inconvenience I will be transferring my prescription outside of CVS.
