Honestly, I find that a pharmacy that doesn't open until 10 AM appalling. 6431 McCart location. There's no way to justify a mid morning opening. So many seniors try to beat crowds and traffic. Shameful. I won't be using this pharmacy again.

If I could give it a zero stars I would My Son was waiting outside in the drive-through for my prescription for 15-20 minutes and because you guys took forever helping the customer In front of him, by the time he got to the window, you guys told him y’all were close!!! Are you kidding me!!! He was just picking up a prescription but you guys didn’t give him a chance to explain that he was waiting there for 15-20 minutes. This is the worst place and horrible customer service!!!

Do NOT use this pharmacy. They've given me the wrong medication twice (store brand vs the actual medication my insurance covers). Not even sure how that's legal since it's not the one my Dr. requested? The first time I asked for it to be noted in my chart to not give me the wrong stuff, they said sure, and yet it happened again. I'll just be changing pharmacies because this is ridiculous.

They lied about ordering medication for my baby! I would give 0 stars if I could.
They blatantly lied about ordering medication for my 6 month old. They recieved the prescription for the medication from the pediatrician 4 days ago and according to them it would take 1-2 week for the order to arrive since it was on back order and I would be notified when it got there.
Well I found out that it was a lie. They haven't even ordered the medication at all. My baby is suffering while they twiddle their thumbs. I will never step foot in a CVS ever again and neither will my family. I am DISGUSTED by their behavior.

Pharmacy Manager Melissa Reljac came to my rescue again helping me to understand my new RXs and made me feel more at ease. The 6431 McCart location has a staff of Rock Stars!! Kudos to you all!

This is been the best pharmacy for me. They have a pharmacist there. I don’t really know his name. He’s a real awesome pharmacist for me moving here from California. He’s been able to help me with my medication’s. They are always friendly and they make adjustments that meet my needs in terms of cost and the Amount that I get for example I got a 90 day supply that I couldn’t afford and I asked them to break it down into 30 day supplies and they did that for me with no headache and I was able to afford my medication. I greatly appreciate this

CVS is the best store there, very good discounts, they treat you well if you need help with something, the cashiers come and assist you, very friendly.

On the website it says that the covid vaccine is free and it turns out that they charged me $138, however my neighbors had been there a day before and they were not charged

I called to get my prescription transferred to a pharmacy closer to my house at 11:23 today. The girl on the phone immediately said I should call the other pharmacy instead of them… I inquired as to why *they* couldn’t do it themselves and she admitted that they could, but she just didn’t have the other store number at the top of her head. She then reluctantly tried to make the transfer which honestly took less than 5 minutes.I am sorry but this is your job, people. Everyone works somewhere where extra duties on top of your job description is expected, including picking up the phone and providing semi decent service. If I pushed my work onto other people all the time, nothing would ever get done. I hope my transfer went over because if not, I am going to have to waste more time trying to get my medication. The standards are in the garbage at this place.

I hate that I even have to fill my scripts with this company. The staff is ridiculously rude and slow service. Every time I come here it’s a problem. Every single time!!! I was initially going to give them a 1 but they got it together quickly so I gave them a 3.

I didn't know that you have to buy all your prescriptions and couldn't buy one. I did not have all the money to buy all of them and the workers told me that I could not get neither, if I didn't buy all. I had to tell them all of my business just for them to let me purcase my pain medication that was prescribed to me. This will not be the last time that y'all hear from me. This is too much and I'm in excruciating pain.

This place does not answer the phone or when they do, you are put on hold until a dial tone is heard. I tried to get a prescription transferred to another pharmacy and was told they couldn’t transfer it at my request, it had to be requested by them! I contacted that pharmacy and was told they are continuing to try to reach them but get put on hold until disconnected!! Absolutely no way to run a business!! I would really rate them 0 stars!!!!

They are simply rude. They were rude again today. As a former pharmacy technician, this is truly “unacceptable “! For the sake I of clarity, I am referring to the pharmacy.Update: I called today to get them to send in a request for my elderly father and it’s like pulling teeth. When you call them, they are simple inept. You have to be direct with them, and they still can’t get it right. We are now searching for a more competent pharmacy. They actually deserve zero stars.
