This pharmacy has to be the worst CVS I have ever experienced. Today the pharmacist shut the window in my face and not by accident!!!! I’m tired of calling and being put on hold for 30+ minutes only to be told they are understaffed. NOT my problem. I was one of the first customers in this store when it first opened and will not tolerate this type of behavior!!!! I’ve been a nurse for 46 years and will deter my patients from using pharmacy. I will have my Drs call my Rx’s into Walgreens and the large group of specialists I work for will be notified on Monday when I get to work!

Greg is a terrible employee and will cuss at you for asking for coupon help.

Greg is horrific (ponytail guy). Worst customer service, cusses at you for asking for coupon help. Then refuses to give you the customer service number.

Poor costumer service. Saturday 5:42 PM February 12th 2022, won’t take passport photos because they are short on staff. Woman just does not want to work

One of the pharmacist technicians was useless. I went up to the counter to ask for help finding an item in the medical side and she was clueless and had an attitude. If you don't care or want to help this is not the job for you. People that come to the pharmacy are already dealing with something for you to be helpless and rude. She didn't even try to help or try to go look and help me. She just simply said "I don't know" fair enough train your employees to know what cvs Carries then..

Employee lady was rude. Seriously, if someone says “I’m looking for Covid-19 testing” yelling “NOOOOPE” is not exactly professional or a friendly way of telling a customer that it is not in stock..

The most ramshackle CVS I have ever been in. Shelves are all empty, bathroom closed, and the cashier was so rude. I stopped by this one instead of my regular. I won't make that mistake again!

I have been going here for a while and I'm liking it much better than Walgreens. They communicate clearly and fill prescriptions quickly.

I go to CVS for any prescriptions I need mostly coz of my medical insurance. They are pretty knowledgeable. There is a drive through available, but I find it easier to go into the store and go to the pharmacy area. One thing about their system I don't like is the quantity and accuracy of automated calls and voicemails I received. It was so bad I removed my phone number from my account. I have used the Minute Clinic to get flu shots and it was an easy process with no waiting. The prices are higher than Walmart so I only buy sales or CVS specials.

The hospital accidentally Sent meds to this location, but I didn’t mind driving 30 minutes to pick up because the medication was needed. When I get there only one out of 5 medication was ready, because he stated that they only had one Rx to fill I had to actually show the person at the window the hospital order form for him to finally look into the system once he found the orders he then stated that the cholecalciferol was discontinued which I know that’s false because I just had it filled for myself the same day at another location then he told me to wait and came back saying they were not covered by my insurance which I know that’s false because I have had it filled at another location with no problem. At this point I’m just irritated that he doesn’t know what his doing or saying, because he still asks me do I just want the 1 medication he had ready I clearly said no I wanted all 5 and I would wait and to this point I would pay with no insurance since he doesn’t know what he is even doing. I’m really dissatisfied with the service I received here it’s not acceptable.

Went to go get "free" flu shot. Lady couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance and it was going to take 45 minutes to get thru to them, yet when I got home I was able to talk to someone at my insurance right away. My insurance was nice enough to call them for me and apparently CVS can't process it this way, I would have to pay and then get reimbursed. So much for all their FREE flu shot advertising.
