I am done with CVS pharmacy, especially the one located at 515 Houston St.
I have a prescription that I was trying to get filled. The physician sent in the prescription. The insurance approved the prescription. CVS says they needed more info from the physician before they could fill it. I asked what they needed from the physician and they said they could only discuss that matter with the physician. I am the patient I have a right to know what is being discussed. After 2 weeks the prescription still was not filled. I contacted the physician and asked them to send it to Walmart instead. Amazing, Walmart filled it within a couple of hours.

Took 20 minutes to check out and I was the only person in line. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you have someone at the cashier desk who doesn’t know how to scan things? I could have probably learned how to do it and done it myself before she finally figured it out.

I had a very bad experience with Andrea she racially profiled me she asked me and my 2 black and Mexican friends to put our backpacks on the the floor while I was shopping I turn the corner and see this white customer with his backpack having a great time this is the second time with Andrea I am very angry and hurt

We’ve had so many horrible experiences at this pharmacy and today I finally decided to leave a review. Jared was working behind the counter and was so overly rude, my jaw is still on the floor with how this kid treated me. When I got home to my husband with his emergency prescriptions and told him, he mentioned that every time he’s been in there the manager has treated him like trash. I really hope they get a little customer training- nobody should feel like a burden or talked down to when getting their prescriptions filled.
