This is a great hotel highly recommend to stay here. Beautiful property clean updated rooms great facilities and location but what really makes this hotel great is the service. Everybody was great and when I had a little issue with my room key Jarvis helped me immediately. Jarvis was friendly and professional And is the kind of person that makes me want to come back and stay at this property again. Thanks Marriott and Jarvis for great customer service!

Great customer service. Front desk was great, very friendly and accommodating. The M club is a nice touch. Room service was fast and the delivery was awesome, asked if the room was squared away offered to get more towels or empty trash if needed. You can tell customer experience is front of mind. Breakfast is great the only thing missing is a server to clear plates and refill drinks. The outside patio and sitting area is spacious and beautiful.

In town for one night to go to a concert at the speedway! Wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were super friendly and helpful! They even offered a shuttle to the speedway! The rooms are very new and clean. Large lounge with bar attached to lobby with plenty of room to hang out. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with build your own omelet station, waffle station as well as multiple other options and lots of fruit etc. We didn’t have time to enjoy the very large and beautiful pool but would have loved to. It was a beautiful spaces with lots of lounge chairs. Highly recommend. It was also close to many food options and great outlet mall.

The breakfast being 17.95 is ridiculous. You are not told that before. All I had was one piece of sausage and a waffle. That's usually free at all hotels. The shower leaked water onto the floor and there was a bug on the bed.

Title- they need new staff before I would recommend hosting a wedding here.The venue is stunning and perfect for hosting a variety of events. The Paddock was perfect for our wedding with 80 guests.However, the event sales team really ruined my trust and I can’t recommend anyone host anything here just because of all the stress they caused me.From the beginning of my experience with them, their team was super nice and responsive. The second time we toured the staff member didn’t have any clue about our wedding details we had already signed a contract for. She didn’t write anything down and gave us wrong information about how our wedding could go using the space. This was super concerning and a waste of my time. It made me not trust her and stress about having our wedding there. I then met with her boss, who was apologetic, very nice and caring. She said SHE would be our person and oversee our day.A couple months go by and for our food tasting she is present and then hands is off to another worker who is gong to help us. I have to go over all the details again with her, which wasted my time and created distrust again.Closer to the wedding, they change were our cocktail hour is. I have to scramble to redo expensive signs I had made. They promised there were no other events going on so it seemed odd to have to move our guests last minute.About 3 weeks before the wedding I asked for an updated invoice since our guest count was smaller than anticipated. I spent way too much time correcting them on charges, sending it back to them FOUR times because they couldn’t do simple math and pay attention to detail. As a bride planning a wedding, and also moving into a new house, I had zero time to be doing their job for them. I had also asked questions about electrical power for the Paddock 3 times with no response back. Important questions I was asking were being ignored. It felt like I was the one moving the process along, asking for final menus, final table set up, when they should have been directing me.The day before the wedding I checked into the hotel. I was expecting one of the two ladies I had been working with me to have at least reached out by phone or email a couple days before the wedding but they did not. When I checked in I asked for either of them and they told me they were not scheduled to be there that entire weekend. My people weren’t there for me. I was just floored and so stressed. They handed me off to their banquet team who I had never met. The day of the wedding was so stressful for me trying to help them setup and fix issues.They had moved our cocktail hour right next to another event when I was assured nothing else was going on that weekend. There was also another wedding there the day before mine. So they just lied to my face about being there for me and so many details.The banquet team did a nice job and worked really hard. I just feel like my trust is completely gone for the staff. The general manager didn’t really care much when I mentioned these issues to him.There is a lot to stress about when planning a wedding but you have to have trust in your venue. The last 8 months of working with them I’ve been in such doubt of their abilities, I was glad my wedding worked out nicely but I would never feel comfortable recommending this venue to anyone unless they have some major staff changes. If I hadn’t been on my game and invested so much time there is no way it would have worked out like it did. It was just too stressful and time consuming for me. I had hired a day-of coordinator and that was a saving grace for me, but unless you have an event planner that will handle all of the planning so you don’t have to ever talk to the staff, find a different place.Everyone seems nice and makes promises and then just bails. It created SO much extra work trying to micromanage everything and make sure stuff got done. It should not be like this. Plenty of other options out there where they actually care.

Service makes a HUGE difference.Lisa H and Jarvis made my stay so much better with their great service!Lisa H took a great care of our group of 5 during the breakfast hours and also at the M club during our business trip stay. She has great smile and truly care about our needs which we appreciate.Jarvis also took care of an issue when I woke up early on Sunday morning to get some coffee from M club. Coffee machine was down but he apologized for the trouble and gave me a complimentary Starbucks coffee!We come to Northlake for b-trip often. This Marriott hotel is our top choice with a great location right next to the Tanger Outlet and our company anyway. However, it’s the people like Lisa and Jarvis whom make us come back here again and again.Thanks Lisa and Jarvis! Will see you again very soon.

I had an unpleasant stay due to the incessant noise levels from the adjacent rooms and guests. Someone was seriously upset about having a room occupied next to theirs, with their constant banging & slamming the door. I could even hear a cell phone vibrate well info the night hours and early morning. Not what I expected, but G (bar) was amazing! You've been warned.

Stayed 1 night for a conference. The elevator and hallways leading to rooms look a bit outdated. However, it appears that every other facet of the hotel was recently updated, from the entrance, to outdoor patio, to the rooms, to the meeting halls. Very beautiful hotel and very professional service. I definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel for the price. My last stay here was the end of 2015 and I love the remodel they did with it. The pool area is great, they even have little cabanas. Room was great and very clean except for some dust on the floor, no big deal. Shower worked nicely, loved the toiletries that came with it as well. Only bummer to the room was the AC is small and away from the bed so it never got chilly even on lowest setting. Besides that though this place is 5 stars. Awesome employees, Great service. Also, you cannot beat the views from a room with a high floor. I will add an image from 2015 as well as the view from todays stay. Highly recommend coming here on business, a family vacation or a couples getaway!

My family and I recently traveled to Dallas for my uncles memorial service and I ran across the Marriott Hotel & Gold Club Champions Circle on Expedia. The property looked beautiful from the online pictures and the location wasn't too far from the mortuary where my uncles services were being held at, so I decided to go ahead and book a room for the two nights we would be in town. And, boy am I glad that I chose this location. I must say this was "The Best" hotel stay experiences that I have ever had! Let me take a moment a brag on the hotel staff members that I had the pleasure of interacting with. I'll start with Jade Osmar. She was the front desk person who checked us in on Friday evening. She was the sweetest young woman with a warm smile and friendly personality. It turned out we are from the same city and it was a delight swapping stories with her about throughout the weekend. Every exchange with her was pleasant and she was always smiling and waving at us every time we arrived or left. She made us feel so welcome and she was so attentive. The next day, we met the supervisor Mallory for the first time and I must say she is truly a gem! We had a situation the night before with some very loud next door neighbors who interrupted our sleep at 2:30am. She was so attentive to listen to me explain the circumstances, and she swiftly resolved the issue and moved our room instantly. She is a young woman, but she has the management skills of a very seasoned person. We loved her and thanked her for being so professional and compassionate. Our interaction with Katelyn Davidson was brief because Mallory and her worked the same shift, and Mallory handled our issue. However, Katelyn was equally as nice and kind and had such a warm smile. Finally, I want to share our experience in the breakfast gallery. First of all, the food was so delicious, fresh, and plentiful! The coffee was so good and fresh, the best I've ever had! The omelette station was the absolute best and the cooks were so sweet and gracious. They took such pride in preparing our food as if we were the only guest everyday. Lisa Herron the Hostess at the front desk of the breakfast gallery was a down to earth sweetheart. She greeted us every morning with the biggest smile and knew us by name on the second day(wow). She gave me the kindest compliment, that I will cherish forever. Shannon Miller, the Server was so bubbly and a fabulous server! I enjoyed chatting with her and hearing how much she loved working for Marriott. Talking to her was like taking to a neighbor, she was genuinely a sweet lady. I can't express enough how much this was my favorite stay in a very very long time! Our flight ended up being canceled because of hurricane Hilary and I must say that I was rather happy that we would be able to stay an additional night!! Once we got ready to leave I toldMallory and Jade how much they had made us feel stress-free and at ease with our flight being cancelled and attending my last uncles memorial service. This is why I had to write this letter to make sure that they are recognize for their outstanding service. I used to be a loyal Hilton fan, but it's only Marriott from here on out!
