I used to love this place , I been coming here for years. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what the deal is but it’s not a welcoming environment anymore. I took my daughters to get their nails painted and the lady in the front was rude and made it seem like a problem that we were there. We didn’t get a proper greeting just an ugly look / attitude when they seen my girls. I decided to go again because one bad experience didn’t change the salon I been at for years. Went in and again rude greeting. All I wanted was a French tip and she said she couldn’t do it because I didn’t want gel? so I had to go to a another tech (Calvin) which was amazing but the girl tech continued on to talk about me telling MY friend that I was being complicated and doing to much. So sad how this place went down hill..

I came and saw Chi today and she gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure to reassure me through the whole service and ask questions, making sure it was want I wanted 10/10 would recommend and i appreciate her taking her time and her attention to detail.

Very unimpressive. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The chemical smell was very strong. The wait was 4 times longer than I was quoted. The lotion felt gross (low quality). There's no where to dry your nails after a pedicure. My polish looked very bad and clumpy on each toe. The tech did redo
the polish only one toe has a bubble now. The massage was great and appropriately timed.

Today was absolutely disappointing. I went it to get my nails done. I wanted the dip off my nails. Cool right? No my nails ended up super thin. Towards the end when she was putting on the gel I asked if it was normal that it was going to be thin after dip, she said yes. I asked her to put on 3 layers of gel to maybe help. She didn’t offer any advice on what to do (maybe stick to dip so it wouldn’t become thin?) I asked at the end if they’ll end up breaking soon. She said yes. Okay so why didn’t you suggest me to cut them or ANYTHING. I’m super upset because these are my real nails and I feel as if I wasted 43$. Tomorrow I’ll stop by and see if I can get them cut down and my friends and I probably won’t be coming here anymore :/

Coming from another state has been difficult, especially with finding a new nail salon. But after multiple places I think this is a winner spot. Hellen (I believe that was her name), did my pedicure and it was wonderful. I loved how it looked and felt afterwards. If you are getting a pedicure PLEASE request her. She also did my eyebrows the day prior and they are shaped wonderfully.

I came in today for a full set with design and I am VERY VERY pleased with how beautiful my nails came out!! I would definitely recommend coming here for my detailed and design girlies! Super nice !
