We drove 25 minutes to find a pair of shoes, and this store is awful. The shoe rep just basically told us they didn’t have anything to get us to leave.
Three staff members in the front just sitting their without a line and no one that can actually help in the shoe section. Such a waste of time

Don’t waste your time if you’re trying shoes on. The workers rather sit back and talk. Waited 15 minutes and never got the shoes ordering off their kiosk to try on.

Just went to return 1 pair of shoes and exchange another pair for a different size. Ended up just returning both and ordering online. Service was definitely not good and not enough workers to help everyone in the shoe department. Employee that did my return want a real gem either. Won't be back.
