We had 2 fantastic, patient assistants in the shoe department today. My daughter wasn't sure which style, color of shoe she was wanting. They pulled the different ones she was wanting to try and then showed her on their app which colors were available. They made this shoe purchasing experience a great one for her.

The self service kiosk works pretty well for shoes. But the best part of this store is Jesus in the shoe section. He handled 8 customers at once with aplomb and courtesy. A throwback to the way customer service used to be.
