Store manager is unhappy old lady who is obviously against anyone bettering themselves. She only wants slaves not coworkers. She treats her customers as objects and doesn’t really want to help but just cares if they spend money. She seems to really dislike people and should have never been in charge of an entire store of people who have no choice but to do as they’re told and hope she likes them.

This place is terrible, they sell overly expensive items at cheap quality. And don’t even get me started on the way they treat their employees, multiple of my friends have worked there. They don’t accommodate for people with health issues, kids or emergencies. They will hire you on and claim they are “flexible” with their schedule but then complain about the day you need off even if you give them a 2 week advanced for the day you need off.

So low class the way this woman treat her employees under her supervision. , Karen Ptacek fired my daughter (who’s a single mom) because all she wanted was commission and they lied about her getting commission and didn’t like that she started asking questions and fired her. That’s wrongful termination and illegal for false advertisement/ job description. Don’t tell your workers they will get paid PLUS commission and then not give them their rightful commission. I used to shop there all the time and have been a loyal member for 20 years, but after this I will no longer shop there, I rather drive an to somewhere else to another mall. Dillards is one of my favorite stores. But I can believe the unethical and bad treatment to their employees. God make her a Better person.

Doesn't treat employees fair, to the point where they'll cut their hours. So they can fired them on their own rules.

Horrible work experience they hired me and said I would get commission and when I started asking questions they fired me , they scam you and say they will pay you commission and it’s all lies. The store manager is a racist woman. The whole store is a scam they resell products at higher prices than other stores. Hulen is ghetto and they still try to act boujee. The managers act like high schoolers trying to win a popularity contest. They treat employees with zero respect. They also force employees to apply for a credit card or else we don’t get our employee discount. It’s all scam. Just don’t even bother applying here or shopping here.

Honestly, this is the worst department store & the worst location. They think they’re elite, like Neiman Marcus, and they’re not… Management is corrupt, discriminatory, and hateful all the way to the top. Karen, the store manager, is the most evil person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They’re lucky that no one has filed a lawsuit, but honestly, they’re so retaliatory that they likely destroyed any opportunities to report the harassment. Toxic environment, hostile employees, and a crumbling atmosphere. This store is rubble compared to what it used to be. If you want to visit a Dillard’s, find another location. This one isn’t it.

I always find the formal wear I need at Dillard's. I used the call button from inside the dressing room and an employee came to help me exchange sizes!!

Primarily went here so my wife could use the in-store elevator. We looked at some of the clothes as we passed through. There were some good brands and for her some interesting styles, however I would not pay the prices they were asking. Just not my lifestyle.

I appreciate the clothing options, but the store is so heavily perfumed and cologned (especially in the men's department) that I find it almost impossible to shop here. Clean the air -- reduce the fragrance -- give customers a chance to breathe.

I come to Dillards quite often to buy shoes, makeup and perfumes. I always receive great customer service and attentive employees. However today my husband goes to pick up trouser socks for his mom and 3 people dismissed him. The last person he asked for helped told him she did not work that department and walked away. Never did she even offer to call someone else to help him. It was very disappointing because it seems that you get amazing help when you’re buying products that carry some sort of extra commission but not for the regular everyday items. I did call and spoke to a manger and she was apologetic so that was nice to hear that some people still care for customer service.
