Bought a used computer. It worked great for a couple weeks until we ran into some trouble, which Gary figured out was an issue with the charger. He ordered a new one for me -- a relatively painless inconvenience to get a $2k+ computer for less than half its msrp.

This computer store or laptop is disrespectful to Coustmer, their prices is no honest pricing. They’re selling laptop way out of their price range & laptops seems old and overpriced. I will complain to the Better Business Bureau BBB and Government complain Bureau about their sales practicing, disrespect to customer that is not honest. I believe they need to be investigated.

I took my computer in to see if the charger was bad. He took it into the office and came back out, not sure what the problem was, but informed me that it was probably the charger. But did not return the charger I had brought to him to check.

Doesn't stand behind what they sell. Bought piece of junk took back once said was cord. Gave me another but stated no refund or guarantee. Stopped working next day. Buyer beware.

Gary, the owner of the store, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He provides a very affordable and expedient service for all of your computer and laptop needs. Plus he's a genuinely nice guy!

Couldn't even have a conversation with this guy. Thinks he knows everything even without having the facts of your particular issue. Likes to talk but not listen. Even told me you that if I take a hard drive with Windows installed on it and move it to a different computer, that it would no longer work and Windows will force you to format the drive. I was left with the distinct impression he tries to milk as much money as he can from his customers. But hey, I've only been employed in the industry for 20+ years. What would I know.

See all updates : March 12, 2018 Now I totally see why the only reviews on this hole in the wall Are from his kids and friends lol we'll do not take your ANYTHING here. My 70 year old father who's on hospice decided to take a 2year old tv to be repaired here and it stopped working again on day 30. Smh. So of course my father tries to contact this gentleman and understandably he was out of reach because it was Easter holiday. However he did answer the phone and tell my father that he would give him a call back at the beginning of the next week which he never did my father had to go back up there to speak to the gentlemen. In doing so we find out that he doesn't even fix TVs he farms these TVs out so we had to wait for him to call the person that had “fixed it†and in a nut shell we're are out of luck. But what really gets me is when we called back to let them know that we would not be paying $175 to have this additional problem fix that we would just like the TV back, he was so rude to my father that I caught myself interrupting their phone call to tell him “regardless please just putting the TV up and we will pick it up†I was beside myself with how he was speaking to a customer that had already paid him on top of that for one repair that was a 30 day repair (who pays for a 30day repair) anywho. I've never experienced someone be so hostile to a dying old man just bc he was asked to just return the tv without repairing it. To raise your voice , interrupt an older man in mid sentence and then GIGGLE as your saying “yup it lasted 30days†is a red flag to me that he knows what he's doing and doesn't give a rats behind about his customers. I'm really worried now that there's more wrong than he said bc he truly seems like the type of person to make work for himself. No wonder he was a bit evasive after the tv quit. Normally a small business owner would have some integrity. But as I said We had to call and even go up there. Take your stuff to h Geek squad where you get some real service and warranty because this guys a rip off. And no worries you scab. Bought them a new tv. UPDATE : March 13, 2018 Well I wish I could add a picture. I'd show you where this creep had the nerve to CALL my father to question him about this review and my Facebook review as well. Smh when I saw the name and number on the caller Id I already knew to have the extra handset so I could listen in on this call, especially after how I already heard him speak to my father. So I'm listening and this creep immediately started questioning my father “if he knows a Brooke and if he had me write....â€& that's where I cut him off and told him I did it on my own accord. He has the nerve to have an opinion on my cussing after he called to basically harass a 70 year old hospice patient. Well he can kiss my a*** What child wouldn't loose their cool when some scab does something like he did. He was asking questions he had the answers to just from the reviews. Smh. Douggie you need to learn how to Conduct business because calling a dying old man to question him aggressively about a review that he Didn't write isn't very professional. Matter of fact it's down right petty and childish & definitely something I would expect from maybe a teenage girl not a seasoned “successful business owner†as he puts it. Lol toot that horn honey. #tootToot. I didn't realize I was dealing with Mr trump. Lmao Moving on. Sad to know this weirdo has my family's address. I honestly wouldn't put it past this scab to try to do something. Smh. He's obviously the bully type. Well at least he thought he was going to bully that little old man. YOU TRIED IT DOUGGIE. LOL YOU TRIED IT.

I've been buying my laptop's here for years. No they are not the latest model I believe they are government surplus which means they have been used for a year or two. I still feel they are the highest quality and most reasonably priced laptop that I can find. I run a very successful photography company which means I store a lot of photos, they have always accommodated my needs with extra data storage added to the laptops. I have told several other friends about this company and my parents even came in from out of state to buy a computer or two there. I highly recommend!

I went in to buy a replacement charger for my computer. The service was quick and informative, and the part was a lot cheaper than expected. The guy who helped me was very courteous and polite.
