Arrived with 2 flats. There was a razor blade in 1 tire and the sales man told me it was too big of a hole to fix. I pulled it out with my fingers. It was tapered and not long. I doubt it was leaking there. Someone took my car around to the shop and came back pretty quick telling me the hole was too big to be fixed. The salesman gave me this paper... So I said, "what now?" And he said that there were other shops that might fix it. I said that I needed 4 good tires for this particular car and he said he didn't know what to tell me, and repeated again about other mom and pop shops I could go to. I told him I'll just take it to a tire shop. They claimed to have removed the tires from the rims yet there were no markings like they use at tire shops to mark wheel weights and valve stem so the tire remains balanced.This salesman knew he wouldn't help me when I got there. WHY DIDNT HE SELL ME A TIRE?
I guess I looked like I was too poor to buy a tire and it was just a coincidence that it was almost quitting time because I'm sure Discount Tires trains their sales personnel to sell tires when a tire is too severely damaged to repair.
So, I left there with two flats. 0% satisfaction, but being able to review this place for the benefit of others brings it up to 20% as the minimum 1 start rating indicates!

Excellent customer service, got there first thing in the morning and as soon as they opened their doors Jason met us outside to greet us and find out how they could help us.
The whole team quickly got to work and fixed my flat tire, check pressure on all of the tires and reset the sensors.
Amazing customer services I could not be happier.

So impressed with the customer service at this place. Highly recommend! They made it as easy as possible and I had a baby that was missing a nap and it was still an enjoyable experience. You don’t see many places with that level of customer service. Christina was particular great to work with. Needed a tire patched and they did it for free even though it was my first time there. They got us in and out so fast and let us wait in the car. I will go back for anything else I need.

Discount Tire scores again! I had been having a low tire issue with my left front tire. The technician suggested that I make an appointment and get it checked. They had done a visual check before but didn’t see anything, however when they took the wheel off and checked it, they found a nail. They repaired it for free! They also checked my other tires to be sure all was well. Discount Tire is the best!

Best experience I've ever had at a tire store in my 30 plus years of driving! I was heading to Ft Worth from Granbury when I noticed I had a tire with a bad crack near the rim due to dry rot. Called the store to confirm they had my size tires in stock and if they had availability, which was a go on both. Once I showed up, they got me in immediately as promised and had all 4 tires replaced and had me back on the road about 30 minutes later. Everyone i encountered was super friendly, and tire pricing and quality was also great. Thanks yall!

Ask for Charles and wait two hours if you have to. I’ve never experienced such great customer service and he is super knowledgeable.

Changed my tire in about 15 minutes, and then they made me wait over an hour to get it back. They tried to act like nothing happened when I clearly saw it

recently had an excellent experience at Discount Tire after a nail punctured one of my tires. I appreciated how quickly they dispatched a team to assist me, and the best part was that they handled the tire repair completely free of charge. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process easy. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I truly appreciate how Discount Tire took care of the issue without hesitation. Highly recommend!

GO TO DIFFERENT DISCOUNT TIRE LOCATION. My grandson is there and asked for the cheapest fire which should have been Article 89851. They have six in stock and convinced him he was getting cheapest tires at a cost double what he asked for. He's young and naive. They are JERKS for doing him like that. GO TO DIFFERENT DISCOUNT TIRE LOCATION. I know they lied about inventory cause another DISCOUNT TIRE store looked at their inventory for me and told me exactly what they were doing. Jerks!!!!
