I was impressed this time. I had an appt at 8a soon as they come out the they call out my car to make sure I get in first, that usually doesn't happen, I usually make appts and ppl who walk in first get seen first so that was a major plus. Then they hype & hyping each other up like, "Let's do this." I was diffently feeling positive energy. Will be back to this location every time. Good job guys.

Stay far away. This place will have you waiting for hours. Never rely on the estimated time they give out its always a lie. Took 3hrs just to change and replace a back tire I had lifetime insurance on. Ridiculous

I had two appointments scheduled today, one for my sisters car and one for my own, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Reggie was phenomenal, everybody is warm and welcoming with great manners! Unfortunately my tire size is uncommon but thanks to Reggie he was able to order my 3 continentals and have them deliver within a couple hours. I have bought all my tires from discount and will continue to do so. Ask for REGGIE, he will get you taken care of!

Pretty sure they stripped my wheel studs by rushing to leave for closing. Last time I had my tired removed to do axle work the studs were perfect and threaded on fine. When I got my vehicle back they said they couldn't get one lugnut back on, and handed it to me and showed me out.
When I got home I saw they cross threaded 5 of my 8 wheel studs.
Super frustrating! Hand spin the damn lugnuts and then use an air tool!

All discount tires are super busy. If you can make an appointment to service your vehicle plan for that. We recently bought a new set of tires for our Rav4 and I was in and out in 50 minutes. Great customer service and very friendly. Keep up the good work.

I went for a simple rotate and balance. They told me on the phone and in person that it only take 30 minutes. 50 minutes later and they hadn't even touched my car. Horrible service.

i have has too many issues in the last 2 weeks with getting screws in my tires and then blowing out a tire on the freeway. They were for the most part very helpful when it came to helping with my tires. Cristian on the other hand seemed to go above and beyond to work with me. I greatly appreciate him. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because as 2 of the younger kids were moving my car out of the bay and into a parking spot I witnessed them revving my car a couple times once it was taken out of the bay and again when it was in the parking spot. I don't even do that with my own car so I didn't appreciate some kids doing that.

They weren’t willing to put my same tire back on the rim and mount it but they were willing to sell me a small used mismatched tire—all in the name of some rules they have. So I had to wait for hours to get it towed to Hamm down the street. Lesson learned to avoid this place again
