The customer service here sucks. Don't go here. I went here with a coach purse and the guy told me no it was too dirty the purse was clean I sold it with no problem at cash america pawn. Today I went to sell a microphone I bought from goodwill and he said he couldn't take it because it was new. I showed the receipt but he said he needed the original receipt I asked how can I get that if it was donated to goodwill and I bought it from goodwill?

This place is absolutely horrible stay as far away from there as possible. They will rip you off and laugh in your face. Non-helpful employees ridiculous management. Bought a ring from them went to have it resized it was told I cannot resize it because the diamonds in the band would pop out. Take it back up there to resell and they offered me a quarter of what they charge for it..

What a joke!! Certain employees are inconsiderate and treat there customers like theives when they are the actual crooks.You can buy most items they sell which look like junk close to the same price new.I would say that there is a rude female who works there that can pass as being Jelly Rolls sister, although I wouldn't want to insult Jelly Roll.

I went to get a fishing Rod. Got a great deal with the most satisfactory customer service from Emily Espinoza. She has been an amazing help. I have caught plenty of fish with the tournament edition Garcia Rod. Will be shopping there again soon. ?
