I used to love Dogs Unleashed. That was before I found out if you don't use their daycare package after 3 months, they will keep your $250, no refunds :) Talk about inflation! My husband and I have been trusting them with the care of both our dogs since 2021–and boy, have we been patient! The constant changing in their prices, the undisclosed and unannounced changes in administration... We were patient when they changed their system to petexec (what a mess that was!), we were patient with their curt-sounding front desk, we were patient when we heard one of their "carers" yell at our dog to "SHUT UP!!!" when we were coming in to pick her up, and we've been patient every time our dogs came home far from being fully dried and smelling good after a grooming service.Today we were greeted with yet another surprise. How is TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS not worth anything after 3 months? That is, of course, my opinion and my experience. Whatever you choose to do, I hope you have better luck (and lots of money to waste!)

I tried a few different daycares when we got our new puppy and they really gave me the most personalized experience. My dog Jolene is a regular and LOVES it there and they love her. My dogs to me are like what human babies are to others so I am very particular about who I leave them with. We have since also used them for boarding multiple times and my girls come home happy and well cared for. It's so nice not to stress about what to do with my girls when I need help with them. The Owners and the entire staff is amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of my girls ♡

I have been bringing my pup Skylar here for over a year now and she LOVES it. The amount of love and care they provide these fur babies is outstanding! I have had to board her here several times as well and I am always comfortable doing so as I know she will be well taken care of. They also offer grooming at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place!

A wonderful outlet for my dog’s high energy. A fun place for dogs to play and stay for boarding

We brought our dog here in October for a week long stay. After coming back home we picked up our dog. He was in a rough shape, had difficulty breathing and had a cough. We had to take him to an ER vet where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. The daycare was relieved it wasn't kennel cough so they didn't have to shut the place down. For Christmas we boarded our dog here again. We took him to a vet a couple days prior, and he was fully healthy. After a week we get a phone call from them saying that our dog is drooling and that he coughed up a little bit of blood. We sent our friend to take a look at him. He was once again in a very rough shape, having a difficult time breathing, so we him taken to the ER.At the ER we were told his oxygen was extremely low, his heart was hardly beating, his glucose levels were alarmingly low and he had little to none white blood cells. Our dog needed to be put on oxygen, antibiotics, dextrose and liquids hoping he'll get better. The vet wasn't giving us great chances of survival at all. We had to leave immediately and fly back to TX to possibly say goodbye to our dog, who according to daycare staff, was "JUST FINE EARLIER TODAY".Luckily, after 3 days in the ER we were able to take him home. Daycare refuses to take any responsibility for our dog who, due to their negligence and ignorance, almost died. We paid $7500 just to keep him alive and he still has a lengthy road to recovery ahead of him. After talking to the daycare, they were relieved that our dog was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia instead of influenza which would cause them to close their facility. These people refuse to take any responsibility for our dogs well being and health. We brought a healthy dog in for boarding and left with an animal that's 20lbs lighter and barely hanging on to his life.

Update Nov 2022: Sadly I have to change my review. We love Dogs Unleashed but their pricing has gotten a bit ridiculous for boarding. Their daycare service is great still but we have an upcoming vacation and looked into boarding again. It used to be around $40 a night WITH daycare included. Now its over $40 night and does not include daycare so really its almost 65 a night per dog with no multi dog discount - we have decided to move elsewhere due to the pricing. Sad to see all these changes to a great business. We LOVE Dogs Unleashed Daycare. We have been going here for over 3 years now. I know that our pup is always taken care of so well when we board her during vacations. we have had bad experiences with other boarding situations and this one is just great. The daycare party is great. I particularly like that they get to spend a lot of time outside running around, but have an indoor area as well when weather isn't so great. The owner is as nice as can be and truly loves all the dogs! Check it out!

I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is great with communicating with you about your dog. They are able to put up with my crazy dog. Thank you dogs unleashed.

We were looking for a boarding facility for our Golden Retriever puppy and found DogsUnleased just around the corner from us. We brought him in for a trial one-day doggie daycare and spa treatment to check out the facility. We were so pleased with the care and attention he received. The staff was all well trained and took great pride in their jobs. The facility was clean and smelled fresh. They have two large runs out back and one covered run if the weather gets bad. We received a full tour and greatly appreciated the customer service. Thank you! We will not hesitate to leave our golden with DogsUnleashed again including for our vacation next week. Definitely recommend this business.

Don't board your small dog here. Ours came back with soars on his legs and needed vet care. Might be great for regulars and big dogs? We are going elsewhere.
