The store manager trains his associates to be very friendly and helpful. I've never walked in to a grouchy face,always smile and greet as well as remembering small details. Outstanding in-stock and cleanliness ! Best one in fort worth!

Hey @ W Watson, if you see this the reason why this Dollar General is temporarily closed is because they're REMODELING THE STORE. It takes a while for them to finish everything. So get off your high horse and stop acting like they need to open immediately. ?

They're open again! The refrigerator drinks were cold and they had what I came for. The only real issue they have is the same one every other business is having: staffing numbers. Just not enough people to keep it in tip top shape.

The older lady who works here is very rude, she left me at the checkout waiting just for me.

Halfway through and she left saying rude things, I waited until another cashier arrived to serve me, if she doesn't like working there she better go somewhere else I went to buy not to order for free, but I already reported her to corporate for her bad attitude instead of caring work, it's not the first time I've seen her being rude, only now it's my turn

Some cashiers are bitter. Last time I bought a bra and the cashier didn't remove the clasp and the alarm went off and she came out to check my bags as if I was stealing from her and they are the ones who don't do their job well and today rushing me Lady, for him to pay, you have to be patient, not rush someone.

I dont expect great customer service at DG but i dont expect being treated like trash! I went in sunday feb 27th 22, there was a heavy set woman working with nasty unkept hair in a bun kinda orange color only cuz it was probably died 6 months ago long blue fake nails and a nasty attitude. I wait up front to be checked out for quite a while. She finally checks me out she tells me my total with attitude i gave her cash with exact change so i thought i did the change i gave her was .71 she starts giving me my change back and i asked "why am i getting change back i gave you exact change"and again with attitude she said " i said .79 not 71" why the hell would i give change to get more back??? She also overloaded my bags so my bag started to break as I was walking out the door and she just stared at me with all my product all over the ground and didn't even offer to give me a new bag and just stared at me... also with the six items I bought for $33.79 I could have gotten these products anywhere else and save 10 to $15... the store is disgusting unorganized so there is product all over the ground... I also found a pile of meat ground beef in a dry aisle that has been thawed out. When I get home I open the box of waffles to feed my daughter that I had purchased and noticed that the waffles have been thawed out and refrozen because of the consistency of the waffles they were mushy and flat... absolutely disgusting Dollar General shame on you and shame on your employee !!!!!! Never again.

I wish I could give it a negative 5 This store is horrible in organized and dangerous me my wife and son where shopping looking at picture frames and the side we where not touching falls and a picture frame hits my son in the head and cuts him open he starts screaming bleeding and we have to rush out of there and no one even bothered to see what was going on it is the last time I will ever go there

Store is unorganized and every aisle is dirty! Staff is talking upfront while they have freight on the sales floor in the way. I mean if there is nothing to do they should be cleaning this store how do they expect for customers to find anything? Like the saying goes in retail “if your leaning your cleaning,” but they seem to have other priorities.
