I’m actually trying to reach out within regards to your location on Meadowbrook Drive in Fort Worth Texas or Woodhaven area? I don’t know the chain of command would apply however something has got to give. I applied to the Meadowbrook location. I have my Employee ID therefore I’m an employee. The problem is, from the beginning til now it’s been a month or two, MR JAY is not great with follow ups and answering his phone AT ALL!!!!!!!!! I don’t no what protocol at this moment to take cuz I WANT TO WORK!!!!!!!!! How is it that you hire me and claim you need help and don’t put me on the schedule? I have a unique name and it not hard to see that I came in tremendous times to show that I want to work. Got a interview, and now I’m sitting for 2 months after texting that are not read, can’t get through thru phone to leave a voicemail, oh, even location failed in having company phone available cuz it goes directly to BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Understand,I’m concerned and confused with Company and the hiring team.

Man this is a very nasty store with ghetto employees as well. As soon as I walked in all I heard was loud cursing and laughing….. couldn’t get assistance and when I asked for help I was told to hold on a minute while she ran up a customer….. came back and she was sitting down on her phone. Nothing was being stocked and the store was a complete mess! Get new employees and keep the store clean

Horrible customer service employees are bot professional I wont say all but certain ones speaking to customers they know outside of wrk in a ghetto manner products do not work or is outdated bought bread and donuts with mold on them store is dirty and smells molded things are always all over the place purchased a box fan from them didn't wrk took it back within 30 min of purchasing it and got another one which didn't wrk took it back right away would not give me my money back says I can have store credit why I don't know the young lady who checked me out the first time is the one who gave me the second fan so it's not like they didn't know it wasn't from their store I just left the fan there and left I needed a fan for a specific reason that day at that time not a store credit had to drive to Walmart to purchase a fan so I paid for 1 fan fir the price of 2 all the young lady had to do is give me my money back I guess we have to wrk with what we have but they know that Dollar General is an big asset to every community customers shouldn't have to put up with nonsense and the store should be clean and food products should be up to date I'll drive to Walmart or another location before I go back to the Bryant Irvin location

12/2/23. Once again this rude, lazy, foul smelling store…. They close at 9. I literally live around corner and needed wrapping paper. Thought I would bite my tongue and grab some and leave. I get there at 8:40 (20 minutes before close) and the door was locked. A lady was standing there and yelled “we’re closed” through the door. I told her yea at 9. I still have 20 minutes. This lazy excuse of a worker yells back “yea but I want to get out of here by 9:15pm”. Please fire all employees, sanitize this entire store or better yet just demolish it.
This is the absolute worst one I have ever been to in my life. It is never cleaned and always a mess. The area it is in kind of justified it though. I have lived around it for almost 4 years. I rather drive 15 minutes to another one instead of 5 minutes to this one unless I absolutely have to. The best manager this store has ever had was Brittany. She protected me and her employees the night this store had a shooting. She locked us in and made us go to the back. Any manager after her has been complete trash just like the store now. Always rude, lazy, extreme smells of thc from the employees and I honestly don’t see how the city of fort worth hasn’t shut it down.

People are sitting in their cars, at 8:30am and the doors are still locked and cage is closed. I tried calling and keep getting a busy signal and don't get what's going on here. This place is very trashy on the outside, I bet it's worse on the inside. Stay away from here....I can't leave a Zero star, that's why I'm leaving a 1 star.

Place can’t seem to ever get it right. Not the management, the employees, the company itself. I only come here because it’s so convenient down the street but if your employees cared about their place of work and their job, it would look a lot better. Whatever the circumstances are your employees don’t care about their place of work, and it shows.

This is the second time I go into this store off Bryant Irving, in Fort Worth and it's a sign on the door that says cash only. People are leaving the parking lot at a high rate. Money is being lost and I believe whoever on duty is doing a disservice to the store knowing most people are not carrying cash !

I occasionally stop in this store and always find a junky store, rude employees, using foul language as if they do not know what customer service is. The management is not any better than their employees. I will not be going in this again.
