This store is terrible, if I could I'd give them no stars. I drive and park some so called manager say I can't park reverse into a spot. Then previous visits I feel like a employee some cashiers want you to remove all the items from the carry basket others will empty it. Some will place the basket back some will demand you as a customer do it. One or two willing to work cashiers make it a good experience wish I knew there names the managers power trip and the rest of the employees follow they lead or just miserable. The parking was the final straw.

Just because I can't give zero stars, but the cashier there is very rude, I asked her for help with some items and she spoke to me as if she was going to give me the things, if you don't like your job or don't want to be there, you better leave, but if you are supposed to be working there you have to have the kindness and courtesy to help the customer, not treat them badly.

I'm a bit disappointed as to when I asked the clerk about the $5 off of $25+ purchase, he denied it to me because I did have the 'Dollar General' app. This is complete bull because it does not state at the bottom of the receipt that a customer needs to download the app. I payed my purchase in full because I understand that people in the Customer Service industry work long hours but going forward, if a customer NEEDS to download the store app in order for discounts to be implemented, please have it in print on their receipts. Thank you!

I was here at 8:05 this morning and the store was locked up tight. I guess opening at 8:00 means opening whenever the employees feel like getting there. It must be nice to eff off and keep your jobs.Dollar General Corporate should take a look at this.The store manager should be trained or fired.Open when you say you will.

I walk up to get checked out and it's complete silence. No, "Hey how are you" or nothing! Where is the customer service!? Then just hands me my receipt and says NOTHING! To me that is rude! All the cashiers do it! Only time I hear them talking is when they are on the phone at the register! Please fix that! I want to know my money/business is appreciated because I could easily go across the street to Family Dollar!

Disappointed on how they manage their store maintenance management , value their employees or store representatives, essentially partners. During my visit at this location, the store's air conditioner was down with an indoor stagnant temperature of approximately of 90-95F. I asked the nice represented cashier about this situation and based on her response i could see their disappointment. I've asked on other Dollar General stores including one manager with similar situations within other areas such bathroom repairs and their response was also pity and dissatisfying. I am encouraging Dollar General to put more effort valuing their customers and employees. This is a business as any other organization and without staff and customers there wouldn't be Dollar General.

While I appreciate good honesty I don't appreciate's stale, moldy food. I know what you're thinking, why buy food at a dollar store? well it's convenient and close. But as I got home all of my food items that were refrigerated had mold growing and some of the pantry items were stale. I brought them back and the cashier let me know that I probably shouldn't buy anything refrigerated because and I quote "they are not to be trusted and the stocker leave things out Way past the refrigerated time." Generally there's only one cashier sometimes there's another worker putting things away, and while that one cashier was moderately honest, the rest don't give a s*** what happens at the store or how loud their music is. Half the time they're all having conversations with each other & the customers aren't even acknowledged from the time the purchase starts until they walk out.
