This store is ATROCIOUS. They have roaches Or some other type of big crawling bug, front entrance is nasty, entire store consistently looks like a bomb went off. The staff is rude, The only thing my cashier said to me today was my total. Additionally, today, Saturday, August 30 they had some trade worker during business hours spray painting shelves in the automotive aisle. Entire store smelled like a can of spray paint. I get that it’s the dollar store, but this is almost a new location. There is absolutely no reason why a store should ever look like this. Since they sell refrigerated food, I have also turned them into Tarrant county public health. Absolutely grotesque location, Corporative Hammed and if this is a franchise location, they should have to return the store to corporate standards.

It was 9:26pm and they were telling everyone coming to the door the store was closed. Used to be a good store, now the store sucks. Everyone goes to boat club store.

Cashier was blasting music on her speaker. She was also on her phone giving me a glare when I came to check out as if I was an inconvenience to her.

Two days before Christmas, on probably one of the busiest retail nights of the year, this store had only ONE CASHIER cashing out a super long line of people. She was a SUPER sweet girl with a great attitude and vibe, but she shouldn’t have been cashing out everyone by herself. She should’ve had some help! To the girl who was cashing out everyone at 6:30 tonight, you rock and I hope you have a very merry christmas! To the manager(s)/owner of this location, SHAME on you! Karma will come around for y’all one day.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The employee took a phone call and walked outside of the store from the only cash register open, leaving about 10 people in line waiting. He clearly knew there were people in line. The customer he was assisting, when he walked outside, had to retrieve her receipt. Customers kept walking outside to look for him. Why does this store continue to hire rude individuals?! It's absolutely unacceptable. He returned and didn't apologize, he was checking people without saying hello or just a word at all and still on his phone.

Extremely rude worker, I was walking to the register and the worker saw me because we made eye contact but he kept walking to another part of the store. I had to squeeze the extremely dirty pig dog toy they had and it took him another 5 minutes to get there. He never said hi or a single word at all. After I cashed out he handed me my receipt and looked at me expecting me to say thank you why would I say thank you for your rude and horrible customer service? I will drive the opposite further way to go to another dollar general from now on.

This is by far the best Dollar General I have been to! The store is always cleaned, and stocked! Employees are super nice, and I would like to shed light on Britanika! She is the HEARTBEAT to the store, and goes above and beyond for customers!!!!

When it was my turn off the register, the woman did not say a single word to me. She just gasped, ringing up my items, and finally said is this it was an attitude, and I said, yes, ma’am she punched the button on the register really hard and walked away when I finished paying and my receipt printed she was nowhere to be found so I just grab my bags and left without my receipt, she was extremely rude. If you don’t wanna work don’t work.
