Worst customer service EVER. The older ladies I understand are under a lot of stress because it’s constantly busy. Doesn’t mean be rude to customers. I spent 20-30 minutes trying to find an employee to unlock the lashes. No one was there apart from the cashier dealing with 10 customers. Finally someone comes from the back room to the other register. I had already ripped the packaged and brought them to the cashier enough time was wasted I had to go.She proceeds to get upset saying that because of people like me they lock them? As if I didn’t just pay for them???? THEN says next time make more time???? Ridiculous. Please retrain the two females on customer service or tell them to get a better job they’ll enjoy!!

They need to fix the hours on the page! The google said they open at 8am and they open until 9am.

This store is by far the most unorganized, and the most hazardous dollar tree I’ve ever been too. Boxes everywhere , just one cashier and other employees outside smoking .

Omg worst smelly dirty , unorganized trip hazard. Dollar tree I have ever seen. The African American lady worst costumer service if she’s the manager. Didn’t get her name but she wears her apron. This store needs a real leader in management position.

“employee” Stacy was incredibly rude and spoke with such disgusting attitude. she double charged us then got mad we came back to get it refunded. she was throwing all of our glassware and i had asked her to double bag them she said “ bag is right there do it yourself” She then was on the phone while with other customers discussing shooting guns such as AR15s. very unprofessional and bad attitude.

They do not have the heat of some sort running. That store is just as cold as it is inside. It’s ridiculous that they have the young lady in there freezing and she’s the only cashier. Management needs to do better. Extremely disappointed and very unprofessional to conduct a business this way. Need to take care their staff.
