The manager (Hispanic male) watched the older lady struggle with a full line down the aisle. She asked for help and he came assessed the line and went back to just standing around in the store. Shopping experience was great but that was horrible to watch. A women older and younger person came in and asked where she needed help about 10 minutes into standing in the line. All the team work is there but you guys need a new manager 👎

I must say this was the only way other than reporting them to bbb I could file a complaint. I shop at dollar tree every other day and I spend a lot of money because I have a large family. The manager I believe his name was Edward is very rude I over heard me talking about me to another associate about putting back items in the wrong spot. I politely walked over and asked him was there an issue and he responded about the items. I walked away and he still proceeded to discuss the situation with another co- worker and that's when things escalated. I work in customer service and that's not how you treat people. I tried to contact dollar tree corporate to file a formal complaint I will not be treated that way. I have seen him get into it with other customers as well. Something needs to be done.

Horrible customer service a cashier named jasmine was extremely rude to us one lady before me she dumped all of her things out n was extremely rude unprofessional n snapped at an elderly lady there also she needs to go ASAP

A sales associate by the name of Jasmine was the rudest I have EVER been in contact with at this location. As she was checking me out, I spoke to her because she never looked up. When I spoke she never said a word. She then completed the transaction and I said thank you and she never opened her mouth. I would rather drive to a totally different location just to feel that my money is appreciated. Do better!

A man. I’ll assume was the manager came up to me after I threw a deodorant back and started screaming at me. No name tag nothing and had he asked me in a respectful manner I would have put it back he was very loud in front of other customers And again I get it. But it’s all in how you talk to people. Even after I asked him to stop yelling and asked why was he hollering he continued he needs to be fired.

I was so disappointed that the Caucasian older lady head Supervisor had to turn away a homeless man and asked him to never come into the store again he’s already going through a lot. It’s not like he was stealing and it just shows character. He’s still a human. He was just trying to warm up a bit. She embarrassed him even more right in front of other customers. She should have shame for acting like this, your only a paycheck away from become homeless. Why belittle people bc they’re struggling or how they walk or dress! Shame on you! At least he purchased a soda with little change he had. Thank goodness I had spare change to give him!
