Prices were marked correct or visible on some valentine stuff that was still over $3 after the holiday.
The staff was friendly and good energy. There was a line opened up as soon as she saw 3 people in one lane.

The cashier jerrica did not do the best customer service I have experienced she was on her cell phone on a FaceTime chat with her boyfriend or whoever as she had five customers at her register. she did not greet anyone she did not say thank you she gave an attitude when she made a mistake this is one of the worst experience. they should not be allowed to be on their cell phones as they are working as a cashier that is not the type of customer service I would like my company to offer the customer that come to their store. Do better BTW aren't you supposed to wear a name tag I got your name off of the receipt that's why I asked for it

This dollar tree is less clean than the others, and while every dollar tree takes returns from the other dollar trees, this one didn’t let me return my purchase from another location.

Stood for a few mins waiting for cashier who ignored me when she saw me, so she called another cashier who was too busy on the phone and didn't come right away. Then she talked on the phone the whole time I was checking out.

Poor customer service for NO REASON. Entered this location early, there was only one other customer and 3 employees present. Not one person greeted me when I entered. Had boxes everywhere, but shelves EMPTY. Then went to the cashier (Name: Mariah), never said a word to me when I approached. Just scanned my two items and waited for me to pay. I asked her if I could get cash back and she rudely rolled her eyes and shook her head no. When I scanned my card, it then asked me if I wanted Cash Back, so I proceeded to inform her and she then responded that she has no money in her register to be able to give cash back. When her register opened after I made the payment, she quickly slammed her register shut so that I wouldn’t be able to see what was in her register. Clearly, she had cash in there or she wouldn’t have been able to open the store. If I was paying with cash, was she not going to be able to give me change? Mariah, if you don’t want to work at Dollar Tree, there are a lot of job openings elsewhere. You didn’t even have on a uniform shirt. Lol first time I ever walked into a Dollar Tree and an employee has on a small, tight, maroon top. Do better, Mariah! ?

The worse dollar tree i have been to!!! I had a few items I only had a 100 dollar bill I guess she was a mgr You couldn't tell!!!She said I don't have change for that!!!!!! very rude She didn't say mamm sir or anything Was flat rude!!!Store was junky and shelves were empty!!!Probably want shop at any dollar tree anymore She act like she didnt want to be there If she was your mgr dollar tree Shame on you!!

It's definitely not a dollar tree store anymore,
as they have raised the prices at every dollar tree store. but speaking of this specific store.. It's messy inside, it's unorganized, and employees have to be more careful with scanning and bagging fragile stuff such as plates and mugs. It is better if they have newspapers that they can wrap around these fragile products as well. This is just my opinion as a customer.

Pissssss poor store… 10 ppl can be in line and management will stand at the office and not help the one cashier in the register. No smiles no welcoming staff just mugs and attitudes…

Went at 9am and their doors were locked. Apparently this is the norm for them. Google AND stores hours posted on the window say 8AM everyday. Ridiculous. I've also seen a roach running around inside by the registers before, lol. Just don't go here.

Sept. 2022A lot of prices went from $1 to $1.25, but still better prices than most places, even other dollar stores. Great place to find greeting cards for low cost.Sept. 2021Bought some stackable bins: small bin (transparent) with lid for pens, medium bin (transparent) with lid for knick-knacks, and larger bins that the smaller bins can fit into. They come in different colors. The small and medium bins are not the sturdiest of quality, but for my storage needs, they are perfect. The larger bins are sturdy. They were all $1 each regardless of storage area.Nov. 2020They were stocking up for Christmas gift items: bags, labels, tissue, etc. They are very well stocked with other household needs, school supplies, toys and more. Clean store with very friendly employees.

Terrible management. This location is never open at 8am as advertised because the manager is LATE. The poor employees are usually just waiting outside for the lazy managed and tell me to come back in an hour. SMH. This store needs new management ASAP
