No one works here. The are not ADA compliant. Employees ignore customers, check out their own merchandise. Manager is MIA and employees are refusing service to paying clients. Spend your money elsewhere

During my recent visit, Alma abruptly closed her checkout line as I approached and refused to provide service. There was no clear signage or communication indicating the lane was closed until after I was denied.
What’s more concerning is that her actions were not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As a customer with a disability, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Denying access to service without reasonable accommodation is not only unacceptable it may also be a violation of ADA requirements.
I ask that you investigate this matter promptly and provide clarity on your store’s policy for customer service and ADA compliance. I would appreciate a response outlining how this situation will be addressed and what steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Im unsure if there was 1 or 2 male associates here tonight but there was not 1 friendly or welcoming action provided by this store on my visit tonight. Do better. If customer’s stopped coming in you wouldn’t have hours. Keep that in mind while providing below minimum customer service .
