I went here today , December 7th, 2025, and one of the employees were playing on the speaker. They kept making weird noises and started blasting Nba Youngboy music. They were doing it on purpose calling their coworker's name and playing on it until she told her to stop. I believe it was the manager doing it. The manager was called to help us during checkout and she was acting weird as if she was high or something. Very unprofessional. I get it's Dollar Tree but you should still act with some professionalism while at work. Smh.

I needed 100 Glass beer mugs and had called several stores. Chris went above and beyond and found other stores that had what I needed. She even boxed up what she had and they were ready when I walked in. Beat customer service ever!!! Thank you Chris 10 stars for you

Today we went there and some of the people were nice and some were little rude they had all the you can't even get down the aisles I had so many more things I need to get but I won't go down an hour without boxes all around them instead of putting them on their cart out of the way I work for Dollar tree we will never allowed to we had to keep our thing against the wall they didn't want us to pull it down the aisles because it blocked it so it put it at the end of the aisles and yeah nobody could see anything that way you're not making any money it's cuz y'all are blocking the whole thing but my manager had pride in her store it always looked good

I just wanted to give a shout out to an employee at this location! I had picked up several items and was browsing the store, ran in to Chris while putting out merchandise and asked if the store had any of the clear acrylic lazy susans. Chris was pleasant, helpful, went to the back room and brought out a case of them. I grabbed a few and just wanted to say thanks for being such a helpful person and going above and beyond! You are an asset to this store! Much appreciated and thank you Chris!

I love this location. Every time I walk in I get greeted with Welcome to Dollar Tree. This location is very clean and they have products in stock. Chris the store manager had me in tears she was so nice to me, after I was having a bad day. She showed me that their are good people still in this world. Leo the cashier is always so nice to me when I check out. Great customer service at this location!

I went to the Dollar Tree on Valentine's Day. I expected a long line for Valentine's Day, but the staff's attitudes were terrible. There was no smiles, only unhappy expressions. I'm not sure if they were irritated with one another or frustrated because they had customers, but either way, I myself and, other customers went to Dollar Tree and paid for products that benefited the business in exchange for the employees having a job. It would be wonderful if they could scan more efficiently instead of moving like a snell since I'm not sure if they realize it makes the lines even longer and sometimes causes customers to leave without purchasing. I understand that they may not care right now because they do not own the company, and they will continue to receive their paycheck anyway, which is why I am providing my feedback to anyone who can make a difference (general manager). It was Valentine's Day, approximately 5:30 p.m. If this makes it to management, please coach your staff and emphasize the importance of "customers and their purchases" helping to keep businesses like Dollar Tree afloat.

Very poor customer service. The lines were long and moving slow. Cashiers were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the task at hand. No greeting whatsoever, just rude, nonchalant, bottom of the barrel customer service. If zero stars was an option, that is what I would choose.

My girls and I were waiting in line for about 20 minutes when they pulled someone from a different line in front of us. Then, when they finished with them they closed the register. We were the next ones to check out. I asked if that included me to move. The manager I guess said, no this register is closed she has to go home. I'm thinking, I get that but a warning that the register is closed would have been nice. Especially since they pulled a lady from another line in front of me. I only had seven items. They could have checked me out first or moved me to the front of another line. It would have been handled a lot better. The management needs to learn how to communicate and manage situations like this differently. I will not be back.

This location normally has a lot of items in stock. The only thing bad is the staff, they aren’t super friendly. And can have attitudes most of the time. I try to be friendly and talk to them sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.There’s an older lady that works there and her young daughter works there also. The daughter looks like she’s about 12 years old.The daughter was ringing me up and in the middle of her checking me out she yells ‘Ma I’m tired!’ And then the mother comes out the office and continues to ring up my items.
