Everyone was very friendly, however; I noticed a cook walk up from the back, hand his coworker a wad of money, and then proceed to start making pizzas without washing his hands and he wasn’t wear gloves. I also observed an older lady putting fist fulls of cheese onto a pizza, also without gloves, and then proceed to help a customer at the cash register. Everyone was nice, but no gloves or hand washing? Gross.

Food was ready when I got there, they even meet me at door with it. Both pizzas where correct and hot. In past any issue was corrected when I went back to store.

This is in reference to the location on 1187 in Rendon Texas.This location has a bad reputation of service. Numerous times in the past, they’ve not been able to deliver in a timely manner and deliver incorrect orders or orders that seem to have been “sitting on the counter” long enough to get cold. Each time they mess up, they like to offer a “band-aid” for their errors by offering a credit for a future order. Not ever apologizing for the mess ups. We’ve always just taken the credits and gone about our day but this last experience makes us want to not use Dominos in general…..at all.My son had to stay home from school and my wife had ordered him pizza for lunch. She can’t leave the house as she works remotely from home. She ordered his food at about 12:40. At 1:10, her order arrived at the house. She opened the pizza to give it to our son and saw that they had delivered the wrong order entirely. She tried to call the location numerous times, sat on hold, got transferred around and then finally after waiting nearly 25 minutes was able to speak with someone at the location. When she explained that she’d been delivered the wrong order, the store associate simply said: “oh, we’ll fix it” and hung up. Without even getting any other information.I told her I would try to get in contact with them and I ran into the sameIssues. Not able to get through. Transferred around, and put on holds for long periods of time. I was finally able to get through and speak to someone at the store location. I asked for the manager. The manager didn’t get on the phone but chose to talk to me through the associate that as were the phone. The associate kept having to relay back and forth what me and the manager were saying so I finally had enough and asked that he put the manager on the phone with me.When I was finally able to explain to him why I was calling he said: “ is this the order that was delivered incorrectly?”Seriously? You know what situation I’m referring to and you have still failed to address it???!He said he was going to credit us another pizza for a future order. I said: “No sir. I need you to deliver food to my wife and son so they can eat lunch.” He tried to tell me it would be a while because they were backed up. I said again: “No sir. I need you to send food to our house so they can eat.”After a pretty unnecessarily long conversation, he finally said that he would send the correct order out.It was VERY frustrating to not be able to speak with someone at the location without having to go through so many obstacles and then so much pushback once I got in touch with the manager. Pretty ridiculous

Ordered pizza for my kids and myself. Came to pay with a $100 bill. Wouldn't accept it because they could not break $100 on a $26 order. $100 in cash is all I had on me. Not the employees fault but extremely frustrating, if you are running a business and you accept cash.... You should be able to actually accept the cash. Ridiculous and extremely disappointing went to Sonic instead..... amazingly they were able to accept my cash.... what a world.

Pizza was in “quality check” for 40 minutes. Don’t bother with delivery.Fool me once…..same thing happened again. For goodness sakes, stop offering delivery or update your site to indicate that it will take over 90min to deliver instead of “estimated 25-30 minutes”.

They are really slow and often forget items that were ordered. I ordered cinnamon bread sticks with extra icing but no icing brought out by driver. She said she would be right back with it but now 90 minutes and no longer need it. For the price, $5 delivery charge, and 20% tip it is just not worth it. Pizza was ok, but not worth the trouble.

I recently moved into burleson and this dominoes, specifically in LIDEN goes above and beyond every time. I like to make special requests & even sometimes long orders but they never fail to complete every order correctly. I am always satisfied with the employees, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff is very respectful and willing to attend any needs. This store deserves raise and praise!!Parking: Good space to move aroundKid-friendliness: Safe environment, and calm with limited noiseWheelchair accessibility: Front parking for handicapped

Gotten to the point the food is junk. Even our dog want eat it. Cold, skimpy on ingredients, burned. Overcooked, starting to think you all are turning into the pizza hut next door. ??️?

One of the worst delivery/customer experiences I have ever had. After waiting approximately 1hr 30min for my food I called the store. When I asked the young lady (who had a very unfriendly tone of voice, Iike I was putting her off just by calling the what was going on she said "our board is full we are running 30 minutes behind." 1. I have no idea what that means and 2. 30 mins behind? This was an hour and a half after I ordered. When I asked what that meant, She actually made a long and loud sigh. Seriously? I replied with "did you just sigh at me after I have been waiting 1hr and 30 min for my damn food?" She replied with "stop cussing at me." Instead of I'm very sorry, it was stop cussing at me? For the word damn? Damn!!!! Then she said they forgot my wings so they were just putting them in now. Here's the kicker, 2 hrs later they forgot those wings when they delivered my food. Avoid this store at all costs.
