The service at this location sucks. I had an appointment for 11:15 a.m. and I arrived early and checked in with the front desk - who told me that my hair stylist was ready and would be right out from the back. The front desk woman disappeared and the hair stylist came out around 11:40 a.m. with no explanation for why I was left waiting for so long, nothing. Rude & neglectful. I'm really not sure what my stylist was doing sitting in the back room chilling when she had an appointment waiting for almost 30 minutes. Not cool.

This is my second blow out at this location. I’ve been super pleased with the results both times. Mercedes did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and making it work for my hair. Today I was able to walk in! I will definitely be back!

I had the best blow out by Sabrina!¡! It was fantastic from the wash to the entire blow out!!! Hair on point!!! Can't wait for my next one! Ahe took her time and her technique was flawless! Thank you so so much! Will be back next week- same.time!

Terrible customer service. Will never go to this location again—go to Hulen Street. Ran almost 20 minutes behind, Hulen Street was very accommodating and this one was horrible.

It was my first time going with my friend to get our hair done for an event. My friend had a good experience but I on the other hand didnt have the best experience. The first lady that washed my hair was so rough when washing my hair she literally made my eyes water! I was so close to telling her off but I'm not a confrontational person. It was not a good experience when getting my hair washed that's for sure! I didn't catch her name but her hair is short and from what I remember it has a pink tint.
The second lady that was styling my hair was a lot better and cared about what she was doing to my hair. My hair style that I requested was a 5 star but definitely not the wash.

I had the best first time experience at the Fort Worth location! My curls lasted all night and into the next day! Plus my hair had body and it’s SOFT! I have 22” extensions with three wefts. I have ALOT of hair. She did amazing and the staff was so nice! Loved it! I think I’ll be back for special occasions!

I’ve been to the one off of hulen and it was great. This location I just took my mom for one of her bday gifts and the second we walked out she said the vibes were off in there. Everyone was rude, couldn’t speak two words to anyone, seemed like none of the hairstylists there wanted to be there. It definitely shows when you hate your job, super disappointing and for $105 for a wash and blow dry I wanted this to be a good experience for my mom’s first time. Just a heads up go to the one off of hulen for a more happier, up beat atmosphere.
