I'm from out of town. I've been married for 25 years. I haven't been to a laundry mat in a really long time. I don't write reviews hardly at all. Manuel who works at the help desk went above and beyond with his customer service. He works non stop to keep his establishment clean, unless you walk in like I did. He stopped and showed me step by step how to complete my laundry. This will be the only place I go while on my visit to Fort Worth. Thank you Manuel. You deserve a raise.

I have been to countless laundromats that were just run down and completely under maintained this establishment is beyond expectations they have maximum security welcoming and wonderful staff machines are always very clean super easy walk through on how to use the swipe cards. Staff is friendly and welcoming to new guests I would suggest everyone try this laundromat

Attendees were all very helpful and friendly.Will help get your clothes washed, and any questions you have are right there to help.Not hiding out, looking for someone .I went back there to wash live in Haltom City, Texas.

Nice place, and you don't have to use just cash. You use a card as well. This is the only laundromat I know that takes cash and a card. Looks like this place will have my business for a while.

Being coinless forces customers to use a laundry card. My laundry would have been $3.45 but there’s a $5 minimum to get a card. I feel like I had $1.55 stolen from me. Might not be a lot to some people but I am extremely put off by it. This place bets on people losing their cards and has prices where you can’t break even. They are basically stealing money from customers and they know it.

Manuel is always pleasant to chat with very funny good home type of environment nice and clean everytime I enjoy doing laundry there!! And I hate doing laundry lol facts!!

At this place namely, the "LaundroWell Hemphill". I recall my experience and expected wash of laundry. Surprisingly turned out to be a reliable location. That was clean, seemed santized, and also the atmosphere was very neat and kind. The bathrooms were also clean and the parking here was the only dissappoint with this
