Companies who have rewards programs, but don’t prompt you to use them, drive me crazy. I never remember and when I do, I’m already so far into the transaction that the clerk says we have to cancel and start over. Happened again at this DSW today.

Shoes were in the wrong place and when I wanted them at the displayed price, the manager on duty, said yeah we made a mistake but I won’t change the price for you… very disappointed in the customer service here.

TOO EXPENSIVE.... EVERYTHING IS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE. Even the discount racks are extremely expensive it's absolutely ridiculous

This place is always disappointing. Aside from finding a pair of Crocs that I did not even need for my daughter about 6 months ago, I have never been able to find anything worth buying in this store. Then again, I really have not been to any other DSW stores so they might all be like this. At least this one is. They do have a ton of stuff. And, by a ton of stuff I mean a ton of stuff. But none of it really seems worthwhile, and actually really cheap quality except for the pairs of shoes at the very front which are priced at MSRP.

Disrespectful worker with glasses (she had blonde hair and was tall) just because I didn't wanna give her my information for points, she got mad and rolled her eyes right when she gave me my receipt. Someone wasn't in the Christmas spirit.

Prices are a little steep. Staff is super nice. Half the time I go there I don't find what I want. Big and spacious. Carry a few nice brands.

I interrupted two employees having a personal conversation to ask for help. I was told to go look in clearance. Absolutely horrible customer service

The staff are friendly. The kids selection was great. Wish there was a little more of a selection that was more modern in styles. Prices were okay. No military discount. No shopping backs today. So had to carry out boxes by hand and I’m disabled ?

Could not cancel, could not change the shipping address after 6- 7 hours ordering. Really bad system and service. That’s my experience about DSW. Thanks for that a lot.

The store was well organized, carried tons of well known brands but seemed pretty pricey for a 'warehouse' store.

Not enough shoes to pick from and the availability in common sizes is always an issue. They need a little more stock.
