I’ve been a customer of this franchise and location for at least 15 years, and I never had an issue until recently. The customer service experience has always been pleasant until recently. I returned an item for a refund and was told that my refund could only be processed with a card. I paid cash during the initial transaction, and I expressed that I wanted a refund in the same manner. Although, the gentleman was kind, he refused to refund my purchase with cash. He stated that he could only process my refund with a card. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and the outcome. Now I have to wait for my refund to process to my financial institution for whatever length of time it takes. For the record, I still don’t have my funds from the refund. Conveniently, the manager was unavailable when asked to speak to him or her. I will never shop here again. I hope it was worth it.

It was our first time in DXL and I needed a suit for our sons upcoming wedding. Cheyenne was an amazing resource and helped me in every aspect of my experience. My wife and I left in amazament at the quality of products in the store and employees. You have a new customer for life!!

I shop im here for my husband and son and everytime I enter the door I'm always greeted by staff. But there is one employee that stands out and I believe he is the manager and never gotten his name but he helps me every single time and he is the most friendly guy and he will joke and laugh at my silliness when I have to call my husband and ask questions. It seems like he is part of the family now we go in there so much and he knows me and pretty much what I'm in there to get. We only shop at the Hulen St. store off of I20 in Ft Worth unless were out of town.

I reckon you have to be big and tall to understand cloths for regular people in regular stores just don't work I am 6ft6 and 300lbs so I need tall plus big I use this place and another for my stuff I be honest it is not cheap to fit a big man in clothes but it is what it is great selection colors store has it all highly recommend if you are big and tall but then if you are you probably already know this

I would really love to see them have more deals. As a plus size woman, I know first hand the frustration around the cost of clothing. But for a prominent store like DXL, you'd wish they'd be a little more cost efficient for their target audience. There's clothes I've purchased for my boyfriend from there that I've returned because I can find the same exact item on the actual brands website for half the cost. It's frustrating because they're convenient, but they're price gouging some of their items.

"The", go to place for Big & Tall men. Andre is always the best, everyone is very helpful, but he does it all when I go in. I never have to worry about the store not having what I am looking for.
