I would really love to see them have more deals. As a plus size woman, I know first hand the frustration around the cost of clothing. But for a prominent store like DXL, you'd wish they'd be a little more cost efficient for their target audience. There's clothes I've purchased for my boyfriend from there that I've returned because I can find the same exact item on the actual brands website for half the cost. It's frustrating because they're convenient, but they're price gouging some of their items.

"The", go to place for Big & Tall men. Andre is always the best, everyone is very helpful, but he does it all when I go in. I never have to worry about the store not having what I am looking for.

The lady there in the day time on a Thursday is not helpful at all. Went in as I always do at this location and asked for cufflinks. She immediately said they didn’t have any as I pointed to a few in the case for sale. She then said, oh yeah we have these…. After I asked to look at a few suits and as I began to pick one I’d maybe want to purchase, she walked away to the cash register and left me instead of helping me with the experience and purchase. After seeing there was no customer service I just wanted to leave and no longer shop. I’m very disappointed in this location and will not be coming back to shop here again.

I believe her name was Shian(I’m most likely spelling it wrong). She was an amazing help yesterday while my husband looking for a nice professional suit to wear for an important event coming up. She was nice, understanding and most importantly patient. This was our first time ever coming there and with how nice and neat the store was and how amazing she was with helping it for sure will NOT be the last time we go!!! We were in the store already planning our next trip there!

The only reason it’s two and not one is because of the customer service long story short spent over $300 on a suit jacket and two shirts, and within three weeks buttons were breaking off of both very dissatisfied

Bro that works there got me fitted into a suit in exactly 5 minutes, with tie, shoes, and blue shirt. That place is awesome. Love that place. Will return for more suits and clothes

Very disappointed in they customer service..Ordered online..Track my order myself..Went to store..Girl said: They don’t have the item..When I was on the phone with customer service..Then she walk back up and say: oh we have it..No sorry..No nothing..I will not be ordering from them again??♀️

The store is great. Have lots of very stylish clothes. And it's such a good feeling when you know they're going to have your size. Instead of constantly being disappointed at every other store whenever you find something you like but they don't have your size. Employee Cheyenne was very kind and helpful. Would recommend this store.

Please update your hours on Yelp. Yelp says you're open until 9 PM. I'm from out of town and I needed to get something here. I had a business dinner and I had about 15-20 minutes to go before but I didn't want to rush so I checked Yelp and decided I'd go after dinner to have more time. I Ubered over here after dinner (it's 8:08 PM) and you're closed. I called the location and it says you're open until 7 PM. I guess I should have checked the DXL website so, shame on me. But I've run a few businesses and it takes about 5 minutes or less to update your Yelp page. So please, whoever has the authority to do so, UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP!!!!! Complete waste of my time and your company lost out on my business by simply not keeping your hours updated.
