Billy in technical service also does a great job. However, the service department needs to do a better job on communication. The dynos are mechanically the beefiest units you’ll ever see and run flawlessly. Purchasers recommend taking time for all training and reading documentation to avoid getting lost in the sauce as a beginner.

Allison and Peter both fantastic to deal with. Being from Canada we don’t have many choices and our dollar makes it difficult. So far they have been amazing. Thank you again.
