I live in another state and ordered as a birthday gift. They delivered on time and the product was amazing. The fruit was both beautiful and delicious! Great experience!!!

As everyone else is saying my husband ordered me some stuff and they failed to deliver. They told us the next day it would be there 2 hrs after noon. Online order said it’s delivered. Never got it still. No one will answer the phone. Came to the store just to see they closed 2 hrs early. Don’t know what’s going on but this is terrible.

Call to order something things to be delivered to my wife today at work for our 26th anniversary, instead nothing was delivered and no one will answer the phone. First time using them and will be my last time. Now I got to call the bank to stop payment, since they will not answer phone
If you are relying on them to help you make your significant other feel special on their anniversary. These are not the people to rely on.

This location always has open sign on, however the doors almost always locked and when I've knocked or called NO ANSWER. Iv gone 6 times to check out throughout this month. And has failed every time to get what I needed. No one ever answers the phone. or There.

The manager Ty was so nice . She helped me order the perfect fruit and cookie tray and the service was efficient . 10 out of 10 experience .

I stopped in this morning wanting to buy an arrangement for the wife and nothing was ready to purchase and walk out the store with. A Very Wonderful lady named Ty said if I could give her a little bit of time she make something for me. She knocked it out the park for me and made Exactly what I was looking for!! Awesome Job and Thank You Ty for helping me out today, I will definitely be back!!!
