The customer service is horrible. They sold my daughter old fruit. I ask my daughter to get me an arrangement from here, the biggest mistake ever. I tried to call and report the issue and customer service was horrible. The woman who answered the phone was so unprofessional, as I explained to her my issue she showed no concern or empathy. I will never refer anyone to this location. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION!!!!!

Submitted an online order and it was assigned to this store, due to the delivery address. I received timely updates to my email, and the delivery appeared exactly as it looked online.

No communication and they don't follow instructions on contact and delivery. I called twice to confirm. After all day of them not contacting my gf for delivery I called store at 1701 time. They did not pick up but the texted my gf at 1710 saying they were attempting to deliver arrangement. When I clearly asked them to call her at 0900 to set up a delivery time. When they said they couldn't deliver and then asked her to pick arrangement up at store the following day. When someone orders a gift and expect it to be delivered when promised. I have ordered from many other Edible Arrangement stores. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ONE. IN FACT I WOULD DETER FROM ORDERING FROM ANYONE OF THEM EVER AGAIN!

I had a great experience at this location, the staff was friendly and they explained all the options. My order was yummy and will definitely come back! Great location!

Please don’t order from this location I ordered a arrangement for my father and it was poorly done and none of the balloons that I ordered was delivered with it not even the happy birthday balloon no courtesy call or anything they are very unprofessional

OMG! This location sent my order on the wrong day and month. Basically, the planned birthday surprise failed because of this location mistake. I selected delivery for 3/26/25 but it was delivered on 2/26/25 instead. However, staff apologized and the manager offered to resolve the issue ( manager made an attempt to stop the delivery but it was too late). Also, I appreciate the manager for calling me back because I was very disappointed with the mistake. I know we’re humans and we all make mistakes. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for my first time ordering here but I hope this location improves.
Rate Reasoning: 1 ( The manager spoke kindly and the staff apologized) because it would’ve been 0 rating due to the mistake/cheese cake look a mess.
*I had to call about 10times before anyone answered the phone but maybe this location is short on workers.

If you know you have too many orders don’t accept the money. Or accommodate, deliver to the house instead. I understand valentines is a busy day but not answering the phone but still taking peoples money is crazy. They do not fulfill orders and they don’t answer phones.

I ordered these beautiful arrangements online but was quickly deceived, I got home and I got some really sad flowers and I am really upset, never again am I using edible arrangements and I will definitely be getting my money back because I did not spend approximately $150 for some really sad and droopy flowers, further more my relationship that I have had with my wife for 7 years has been damaged

Don’t put on your door front that your open til 7 if you aren’t. Got there at 6:30 and it was locked up and no one there and no one answered phone. Won’t be trying them again. Shame, wanted something special for my daughter’s Christmas performance.

I ordered balloons for a friend off Door Dash and they sent a significantly cheaper set of balloons. I have called to remedy the situation 3 times now and have gotten the runaround each time. Customer service is really disappointing. I went out of my way to spend close to $100 on BALLOONS (which is outrageous to begin with) and was sadly very ripped off. It shouldn’t take this much time, effort, and energy out of my day to get money back for this store’s blatant mistake.

Lindsey the store manager is amazing!!! I had a concern and submitted an inquiry around 9pm and about 30 minutes later Lindsey called me and help me resolve my issue so fast! She was very friendly and responded very fast. Thank you again Lindsey for being great keep up the great work!

Messed up an order. Was told no flowers, so I settled for balloons, (paid extra for 1 hour delivery) driver doesn’t follow instructions, leaves chocolate covered fruits in texas heat. No balloons, called worker to explain what exactly happened and she wasn’t sure why they had said they don’t have anymore flowers, “they have a bunch”. Overall not a good service, but reviews don’t lie. Definitely won’t be using them again.
