Went in today to order and pickup some treats. A lady popped her head out but didn’t really acknowledge me. I waited around for someone to come out but ended up walking out so I could spend my money elsewhere. Pretty disappointed in service.

I am so extatic about this wonderful delivery person!! They went WAY above & beyond with this this delivery since no one was home to accept it. I appreciate the extra attention that was provided...it was unbelievably FANTASTIC!!!

Erika went WAY above and beyond and made sure a gift I sent was received. She even went out of her normal delivery zone when plans changed. I wish more stores had service like Erika provided. Thank you!

Erika delivered my gift today! I was returning home from the hospital with my husband after hip surgery. Upon arriving she noticed that our garage door was open and immediately notified us as well as my friend who had made the order. She volunteered to take the order in, close the garage, and take the goodies to my frig! NOW THAT’S SERVICE!

Absolutely the best service! I sent an arrangement to a friend but she wasn't home. The delivery person, Erika, called me to work out the details. She discovered that my friend's garage door was accidentally left open. Erika would not leave the order to spoil in the heat, and she wouldn't leave knowing that my friend's home was unsecured! She went above and beyond to make sure the delivery would be in a cool and safe location, and assisted with securing the garage! This type of service is AMAZING! The products were also put together beautifully. I highly recommend this store and would give them 10 stars if I could!

What could have been an awful situation the team at this location really stepped up and did everything they could to make right. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday and their an employee made a mistake and said my order was on the delivery van when it actually wasn’t. So they delivered my order this morning and were extremely apologetic and even gave me complimentary cheesecake and flowers. As humans we make mistakes and they owned it and did everything they could to make it better.

Placed order late at night, ordered for next day delivery. Called the store to see if we could get it delivered earlier than normal. Erica was absolutely great at letting me know what my options were, helped me make a decision and even went an extra mile to make the item look extra special! She then called me to inform me the item was delivered! Overall a 10 out of 10 on customer service and quality of their product!

It’s my anniversary, and I placed an order online for one-hour delivery. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. After noticing the delay, I filed a complaint and received a call from Erika. She informed me that it was my mistake for not selecting the one-hour delivery option and that my order was actually scheduled for the next day. However, she was amazing and waived the one-hour delivery fee for me. I can't believe how helpful she was!
