Delivery by 5 they said… I ordered 180 arrangement and they didn’t even bother to answer the phone or give me update. It’s 7:06 and still not delivered. This is poor customer service!!!!! Never again don’t even know until what time do they deliver or will they deliver at all.!!!! So frustrated

Horrible experience waited about an hour to be told that my order and half of the people waiting orders were cancelled!!! They could have told us that from the beginning and saved us the damn time at least!! Needless to say that they have lost myself and my families business for the lack of care and neglect this was the worst experience I've had anywhere and it ruined our reservation we had as well due to their neglect. And then my bank said they put me on reoccurring monthly statements for the same amount.

I will never return to this (Alliance) location. The gentleman assisting me spoke so condescending when discussing the birthday treat. Apparently the treat is different for every location and it’s at the discretion of the individual assisting you. Then he asked me to leave a review in order to receive my birthday treat and when I questioned it and said I’d just go to the Southlake Location he said he already redeemed my birthday treat so I wouldn’t be able to go to another location.

Order suppose to be delivered on Valentine’s Day delivery attempt on 2/16 they do not answer phones, make call backs or respond to emails otherwise they would of knew I canceled

My husband placed valentines weeks ago order they didn't get delivered on that day the next day we tired to call we didn't get a hold of anyone til the order was not able to deliver because I wasn't off only the day it was planned Told it be delivered , so they told him it be after after 3pm and add something extra for the inconvenience so I got off early of work to wait for them , waiting til 630 called the store come to find out the store canceled my order for no reason ...and if I wanted my order again to reorder it ...how unprofessional of them to not answer calls and then cancel orders ..not let us know anything

Ordered Strawberry assortment. Picture showed half or more of strawberries chocolate dipped, received and not even 1/3 have chocolate on them also missing part of the order. I suppose I should be thankful, a friend did not get his delivered like he ordered and missing part of his order as well. Will not use this store again.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. I ordered an edible arrangement for my wife and another one for my daughter to be delivered on Valentine's day. Neither order was delivered. I called many times and left numerous voice messages. Nobody ever returned my call. This is the first time in 32 years that my daughter did not receive a Valentine's gift from me. I had to drive 12 miles to the store to get an answer and all they did was refund me. This was a ruined Valentine's day. This company and its customer service is a joke. Please do not depend on them because they will not deliver.

I placed my order on 1/30 for Valentine’s Day delivery. I checked the status of my order all day and it showed it wasn’t even in the process of being made, let alone delivered. I tried calling the store multiple times only to be on hold for an endless amount of time. I ended up cancelling my order that night and got my money back, but it’s very unprofessional to never be told that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. I was trying to surprise my partner at work and because of this horrible store, he got nothing that day. Take your business elsewhere, this place is not worth the headache.

I ordered something for my wife well over a week ago to be delivered on Valentines Day. Not only did she not receive it, but when I replied to my confirmation email last night asking when it would be delivered, I received a cancelation email this morning. I called and left a voice mail last night and today, and no one has called back.

I made an order at 1pm on the 13th for my WifeThinking getting a $120+ order would be a priority. Once you go in, it seems they take pick ups of $50 and less orders more seriously. Don’t allow to change schedule for pick up. Don’t answer any phone calls. Now here it is Valentines night at 8pm and the store is closed and my Wife thinks I did nothing for her on Valentines. Inexcusable management.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Terrible, terrible experience. We ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my mom and aunt 2 WEEKS in advance for valentine's day. Like a lot of people are saying in the reviews, we never got any notification of delay. When we called to see if we could at least pick them up, no one answered the phone. Wish we read some of these reviews beforehand, so we could've saved our time and money!

Can not get ahold of them. Just gives me the automated messages over and over again. Cant even do the order status check. I ordered this a week in advance to ensure it gets delivered and I can’t even get ahold of them. ?

very stingy locationwould reccomend any other locationi went to redeem my birthday dipped fruit box and they only gave me one dipped fruit TOTALi called a different store a little further away and they were prepared to make me an actual box like they advertiseapparently each store decides how much they want to give you so i guess the worker was feeling bitter that day

31 Three has used Edible several times. Always our go to when we want to make someone feel special. Items are fresh, on time, and look amazing.
