Car was nice. I was practically scared to drive it after hearing the spiel from the rep about insurance, damage, etc.
What turned me off was that when I called to find out how to return it, I was told to bring it there and they would drive me back to the repair shop. When I went to the repair shop first to check on things, I was told I could just leave it there. i’m glad I went there first, as it would’ve been inconvenient and wasting my time to take it directly to ENTERPRISE. I should’ve been told I could’ve dropped it off at the repair shop when I called Enterprise to begin with!

Seriously, the Enterprise rental car at Meacham Airport has been the best service I have ever received hands down with any business whatsoever. Specifically, Andrew worked very hard to make me happy. I had a car accident but did not have rental insurance on my car. I had to rent a car while my car was being fixed. Initially I got a car that I was not satisfied with. It was a little bit lower to the ground than I was used to being my car is a tall SUV. I did not want to spend a lot of money waiting for my car to be fixed and Andrew got me set up with a taller SUV more suited to what I was used to without charging me extra money. Additionally, I had forgotten to fill the tank up prior to returning the original car. Even though I did not use much fuel I wanted to come back and fill the car up but Andrew said no we have taken care of that for you. It means everything when you're frazzled about having a car accident, not driving a car that you're used to to have someone take care of you as well as Andrew did. I highly recommend this location for Enterprise rental car. The service is unsurpassed. If I am ever in need of a car in Fort Worth this is definitely the place I am going to. Thank you Enterprise and thank you Andrew!

Reserved a specific style of car to get there and be told the only car they have is a crappy mini van! Was offered zero help and told it is what it is.

***EDIT: I did what the person below suggested. I've now done it 5 times. They said they cannot do anything and would send it to a regional manager. I got one message from some manager after submitting this 3x. I called the number back that he left and it just rings and rings. Sometimes someone picks up and hangs up. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AT ALL. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED.***
Well, here goes. I've called customer service twice with my issues, and they said a district or regional manager would contact me. I haven't heard from anyone. I had to rent a car after being rear-ended. The ragtag insurance told me I had to pay up front, and they would reimburse. I made sure the midsized suv I wanted fit within the $65/ day she approved, and I was told the weekly rate made it $62.xx/ day with taxes and everything. I got my invoice back after 33 days of rental, and they charged me $75.99/day, plus taxes. The manager there said there was nothing he could do, and that was the rate. Also, I did not get the insurance at first. I had to take the car out of town, so drove up there to have them add it for 3 days, then came back to have it taken off. The guy had me sign that it was removed. It never was, so I was charged $29.99/day for 29 days instead of 3 days. The insurance company only covered $65/day. Nobody will call me, nobody will do anything. Customer service cannot do anything. This is garbage. I go on their website to try to book the same car from the same place, and I show I can get it for the original amount they quoted.

I experienced an issue with insuring my son on the first day of my rental. Since my son was not with me, I was told to go to any Enterprise store with my son physically with me and they could add him. After running into an issue adding my son at another Enterprise location, I called the store where I rented the vehicle and requested that the manager of the store to call me - his name is Andruw McKenzie. He never called me back.
I went to another Enterprise store located at David McDavid Ford dealership on the first day of my rental to try to get help with my son with me and the agent working at the counter said that she would text the regional manager for help since my son is two months from his 21st birthday. She then proceeded to tell me to leave the counter since we would not know when the RVP would respond so we waited for an answer for about 30 minutes and then left the Ford dealership. The agent did tell me that if my insurance company was involved in the rental then she could add my son but Enterprise does NOT offer the same level of service to retail customers. I called the Customer Service 800 number and requested to speak to a manager and they refused to let me speak to one, they would not give me the name and contact info for the RVP and nobody called me back.
3X of trying for help and I am not going to use this company again.
When I returned the vehicle to the Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, I requested that the agent give me a ride 5 minutes down the road to pick up my vehicle that was being serviced. He refused and said he was busy and the only person working. I sat in the lobby of the airport for an hour waiting for an Uber driver to take me a couple of miles up the street.
I watched the agent play on his phone while he attended to one customer in the hour that I waited on my Uber.
Everybody at Enterprise loves taking your money but the minute you need help or service they abandoned the customer.
I don't understand why I could never speak to an upper level manager and even worse that they could not respond during my entire rental period.
I am the CEO of my Company and I have instructed my employees and in particular my sales people not to use Enterprise going forward as well.
There are too many other companies that offer the same service but yet value the customer experience to keep them coming over and over again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This company stole over 400 dollars from me. My car was totaled in November so I needed a rental. The first car they put myself and my BABY in had multiple internal and external issues. The engine light came on the same day I got it. I paid for protection for about 3 days and wasn't even able to drive it because I didn't feel safe. I finally switched the vehicle out on the 4th day and asked them to remove the protection off it was too expensive and I wasn't planning to drive the car that much. The guy lied to my face and said it was off and had me sign the contract with it still on there. When I confronted them about the charges they said it was a "system glitch" and it happens sometimes, but they will look into it and have me refunded. It's been weeks and they have not refunded me. I contacted my adjuster and she reported it to upper Enterprise managent, unfortunately the insurance doesn't cover this loss. I hope this Enterprise is happy you stole money from a mother and her baby and put both our lives in danger! I hope you get sued!
