I am sitting here calling and it says person your trying to call voicemail is full I need to speak to a human and strange this location doesn’t pick up let me try the other one with lower review then this one I see me switching Texas enterprises is not good at all

One month after we used enterprise, arranged by the other parties insurance, we were out of the blue charged a late fee for a late return. We picked up our repaired vehicle from the collision place on the day we were notified to and was instructed to leave our rental with them to be returned. Which we did! Then a month later, we get hit for a late fee. Have tried to call numerous times with no answer or no return call
