I confirmed to be picked up at 12pm when I booked the rental. I called 3 times, once before 12 and twice after 12. All 3 times I was told the driver was on the way. I was 1.2 miles away and got picked up about 1250pm. Bad customer service.

I was greeted upon walking through the door. My wait time was not long at all. JT was very professional and answered all of my questions. The vehicle was top tier it was hard turning it back in roomy clean nice smooth ride.

I initially had been provided a vehicle because of an accident I was involved in. Unfortunately for me the repairs to my vehicle surpassed my insurance obligations. Needless to say Enterprise worked with my Insurance company allowing me to at least provide the vehicle comparable to my Insurance rates. Date of the return with the vehicle was never an option. They even allowed me to pay according to whether daily or weekends or weekly depending upon my needs. Although I had a credit card posted to my account they always called before they accessed my card. I don't know if this is the norm for them because I've never been in an accident before to have had an experience like this before but I still appreciate their patient service.

My vehicle was stolen. I was 6 hours from my home on a weekend getaway. I called, reserved a car. When I was about 5 minutes from Enterprise, after having to hire a lift driver to bring me there, a person from Enterprise called and said he had to rent the car I reserved to someone and he didn't have any other vehicles available. Had to have left driver bring me back to my hotel, wasted that money, and had to call other rental agencies to try and get a vehicle. Absolutely horrible!!!

I was unfortunately involved in an accident at no fault of mine leaving me without my vehicle. The insurance of the at fault driver set us up in a rental with Enterprise. If anyone has been in this situation knows that it is a very stressful situation especially with a family of 6. They sent us to this location with a vehicle not large enough for our family but we figured we would just deal with it. However, this car is not drivable and it's shocking they are ok with sending a customer out in this vehicle. The car smells so bad of mildew my children and I are unable to get in it without feeling sick. I've been trying to get ahold of this branch for three weeks for a new vehicle but the manager will not call us back or answer the phone at all. We have spoke with corporate but all they say is the manager will give us a call to resolve the issue. When we picked the vehicle up we told them how horrible it was and they said this is all they have but will get us in a new one in a couple days. Three weeks later we're still stranded. I've used enterprise for 20 years and have never had this issue. As I am typing this I am on hold with the branch yet again and once on hold for 13 minutes the call disconnects saying the call cannot go through. This is the first time I've used this location and will never be back. With corporates lack of help on the matter I don't think we will ever be using any enterprise again.

Came here and they give me a Toyota tocoma and the rear end was about to go out I couldn't even go faster than 60 in the highway so I returned and swapped it , then they give me a Honda small suv and the after 30 -40 minutes it starts overheating People are willing to work with you but the cars are just not well maintained, I'm here again getting the 3rd swap and the last and hopefully it won't break down

Reservation was confirmed over the phone yet when I was dropped off to pick up a vehicle they said they didn't have any available for a week, he said that their reservation line is told to "say yes no matter what even if there isnt vehicles."This isn't the first time or just this location, I had booked online for the next day when were in a car accident to get a car to drive home. We ended having to get expensive flights bc they didn't have any vehicles for days either. I thought if I called this time instead of online that they would actually check for availability. If you use enterprise you will be stranded literally.

Excellent experience dealing with Jordan. He rented a car to my elderly mother and was so patient and kind. He was thourgh and the car was very clean. Jordan was prompt and was able to get me in and out within minutes. I showed up the next day to ask if I could extend it one more day and he smiled and said of course! The return was easy. I will always recommend Jordan Lane.

They rented me a car, that was dirty and smelly. The SUV has a lot of damage on outside and some damage inside. I have never rented car in this poor condition

Was scheduled for a pickup then was told that it was for a different day. Staff did not try to assist with different options. Went to Pantego location, issue resolved IMMEDIATELY! Kudos Pantego location.
