I just had the worst experience of my life with enterprise with the manager she was rudest person I have encountered not professional at all. I was going to start a business account with enterprise but I will take my business somewhere else. I’m appalled by the manager I went to turn in my return a Nissan Altima that was given to me on Thursday 02/01/2024 due to my original rental was a Toyota Camry that was recalled. I turned in my rental today at 5pm and there was gentleman that was helping me with the walk through and informed me that the dent on top of the car was not accounted for and I showed him a video that I recorded when the car was given to me that it was there when it was given to me and that the manager that helped me on Thursday 02/01/2024 didn’t do a proper walk through of the car and just did a walk through of the driver side and then just gave me the car keys and I was in a rush to go to work so I just put my medical equipment and went on my way to work. But I did record the dent that the car came with when it was given to me and she started screaming at me that I was a liar when she was not even helping me with the return and then I told her I didn’t do it you can’t blame me for your mistake of not doing a proper walk through and I showed her the video I recorded the day she gave me the rental and screamed at my face to stop talking to her and with her hands in my face telling me to shut up in the parking lot in public around a lot of people. I’m appalled by how can enterprise have a manager like that with no people skills. I will not rent from enterprise after this incident where I was humiliated I’m a health care worker with a business and I have never been treated like this specially being a first responder and I was in my nurse outfit when she screaming at me with no respect. I went in google and I saw all the negative reviews on this manager and I wonder why is she still there treating customers like that. Like I told her there cameras and I will call corporate for them to be able to see all the incident.

After some shenanigans with a competitor rental company who didn’t know what an Apple Card was, I was able to get a very last minute rental car from the Bryant Irving location. I went in expecting a Toyota Corolla and instead got a dodge challenger R/T. Asia(hope I spelled her name correctly) walked us through the process step by step explaining everything and answering any questions we had. She advised us to get in the rental car due rain and continued to provide A++ service. The car was fun to drive for the weekend and when we returned it the staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t see myself renting from another company or a different location. Thank you.

Tried to take survey but it expired after 3 days. Overall its an okay place but the constant requests for 5 star ratings was a bit much. Every single person returning cars was pestered about this. I left mine with the repair shop to return and still, phone calls and emails. The office space is not great and the lack of decent chairs while you wait is also subpar. If you rings and rings and rings. They eventually answer. Car was old and no floor mats. So giant hole in the carpet. Insurance for person who hit my car didnt tell me Id have to have a different card for a decent car. So tiny toyota with uncomfortable seats was what I got. Make sure you bring a major credit card and not your bank card if you want a car bigger than a small...and I mean small SUV.

The car was great, the employee who checked me in was very helpful and nice!!The upgrade was vary much appreciated especially after almost a 2 hr wait to be able to pickup the car.

I had an AMAZING experience at this Enterprise location!!! Customer service was 1000 out of 10. Atmosphere was very welcoming and more importantly, professional! This location is where I will rent from from here on out. I had a less than desirable experience at the Enterprise on Alta Mere....but my experience at this Hulen location makes up for it and then some.

Great service! Even though they were busy and didn’t have the car type that I reserved, they were able to have me out the door relatively quickly with an upgraded car type. I will come back here for a car rental again.

I'm not going to explain what happened to me directly but from first hand experience I will tell you what to look out for and just simply not do. This is a predatory company point blank. They not only prey on the customers but the employees as well. Don't buy their protection plans if you have your own insurance. Its only extra money in their pockets. Do know that they push push their employees to sell it and based on their sales it influences their promotion. So be understanding with the annoying sales pitch but firm if you don't want their expensive protection.Check the car for damages inside and out especially the roof. They are notorious for trying to push prior damages off on unsuspecting customers. Take pictures before you leave.This company discriminates based on how you look so be presentable when you come in.Check to make sure you get your deposit back.

I made a reservation with Enterprise at the Hulen location. My car had to go into the shop the services on my vehicle took longer than expected. I was able to keep the rental for longer than the initial reservation. Most of my experience in adding for the rental was with Josh. He was very professional and friendly. He made my experience and time worth it. I did not have to wait long when it came to adding more days for the rental. I did have other interactions with Devante, Greg, Charles, Aja and Brice. All of them gave me some very good and informative information. All of the team took the time to give me the customer service when I was there. This location was a lifesaver for me. The vehicles that this location put me in were clean and dependable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The team went above and beyond to help and that says a lot! Keep up the great work!!!

This was my go-to place. Disappointed with last rental. Got an upgrade that shouldn't have been released yet. No windshield wiper fluid, splash stains on passenger seat back and driver's seat, was not vacuumed, cheeto's on back floor, and low battery for key fob. Called 7 minutes after leaving the lot to inform them of no wiper fluid, but they were closed. Customer Service said they would have the Regional Manager call me back. Called two more days to get same response. Finally, I got the location manager on the phone. He said I could exchange at the end of the week because they should have my category size by then.
