I recently had repairs done to my vehicle where I had to use a rental for a little over a week. Joseph Simpson was my initial point of contact when I arrived, and he was so helpful. This was my first car rental, and he was so kind to answer the many questions I had. I was able to rent a black Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive with no issues. When I arrived to return the rental, Joseph remembered my face and immediately helped me through the return process. I will definitely rent from this enterprise in the future, if necessary.

I booked my family vacation car rental through Enterprise. I initially booked a large SUV (Tahoe or similar). Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the expected Tahoe was unavailable for damage. I was given some alternative options that fit the family and ended up in a smaller (but cheaper) Jeep. The whole experience, despite the initial inconvenience of not having the large SUV we were expecting ended up being pleasant due to the tremendous customer service. Instead of a rude response that would normally be given in a situation like this, the customer service was friendly, informative and apologetic to the situation. I have rented from this location twice, and will definitely visit again should I need a rental in the future. Thank you for making an already stressful family vacation trip less stressful and coming up with solutions quickly.
